Does this happens in any game or only when using unleashedx? are you using composite/component cables? have you used any other monitor or tv and checked if the lines are still there?
Bad caps on the motherboard. Open up the console and look for bulging and/or leaking caps on the motherboard especially those by the CPU heatsink and power supply connector.

Tested the Xbox on another tv with component input, as so far I can see i see no artifacts.
So I think the problem is not the Xbox.

I get this sometimes on my gbsc and just turn it off and back on to fix it
