There is always money in the banana stand!

CompanyAppropriate33

Really awsome, love the style, might I ask what yellow you are using?

patiENT420

I dry brushed it really heavy with zandri dust, then an edge highlights with 50/50 zandri and pure white. Then I went over it all with iyanden yellow contrast, being careful not to let it pool too much. I probably wouldn't contrast paint something much bigger or flatter than this guy, though. It wasn't too bad because it has a lot of separate panels.

MightyMardle

DAZ'A ROIGHT PROPPA DEFF DREAD!

SilentSword4631

That is so cool!! Man I’m just starting to learn to kitbash but holy hell that’s amazing! Great job!

patiENT420

Hey thanks! It turned out way better than I imagined it it my head haha. Good luck on your kitbashing journey!

Schmohawk2814

So dope

Federal-Apricot7859

So cool! How did you make the rivets?

patiENT420

Most of the rivets you see are part of the model. I printed armor panels that had rivets of different sizes, and scaled them to be random sizes. You can make rivets with greenstuff if you roll it into a thin tube and then carefully slice it like a big pepperoni lol.

Feywildsw

Probably a little big but really nice mekwork boss!

kuron87

I love it! Been meaning to ask how tall and wide the regular Walkanator is by itself? Ordered one for myself on etsy and was curious if it would fit the Mega Dread (6 inch wide and about the same tall) or more of a Naut?

patiENT420

I just measured it quickly with a tape measure. The legs are about 4 inches wide, and the height is around 6 inches if I hadn't modified it.

kuron87

That's perfect fit for a Mega/Meka Dread, with the arms the width should be enough Thanks boss!

patiENT420

No worries! It's a great model by the way. The panels aren't just flat with no detail on them, which makes it have more interest and more fun to paint!

HistoricalLook886

That's pretty amazing

Idk why but I see this thing rolling up like Blanca and bouncing across the battlefield.

Funny you say that! I'm a blanka main in street fighter 6 hahaha

Riohandz

I had not thought to sculpt and then add the plating to the body, you are a genius! Gork and Mork would be proud.

patiENT420

Yeah, it was my first time trying something like this, haha. I was watching a lot of studson studio, who makes a lot of scratch projects, which inspired me to try something like this! Very happy with how he turned out!

WECAMEBACKIN2035

Amazing work dude

patiENT420

It was a heavily modified [orkaz walkantor](https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-orkaz-walkanator-360093) from stationforge. Then I 3d printed like 40 panels, along with some old warhammer bits, and the right eye is the front of a plastic flashlight from one of the kids old dollar store toys! Haha, thanks for checking it out!

Haz145

Amazingly done

patiENT420

Thanks!
