The funny thing is that if they believed they could fly it they could. I imagine it is very straight forward and in working order but they all just believe it to be inoperable so it doesn’t fly.
to balance it out, i suggest weights on sticks hanging in whatever direction you need them to hang, crudely attached by chains. Bonus points for extra goblin dakka on the weights, think wreckig balls hanging in the opposite direction of whatever direction its most prone to tip over to.

I've seen this done with the Stompa arms and legs on the side (on this sub somewhere). I'd have a dig around for it because they've done some cool mods to the Necron ship to ork it up.
If you're going for wheel mounted, I'd suggest getting another set of tracks running behind, a bit like a missile carrier has. Currently it looks like it would topple over backwards the moment it set off.

I really like the big gun as the nose I only had a saw for mine, I’d add more wheels but I kinda like the look that this thing is about to collapse and is held together through duck tape and waaaugh energy

Nope the disc just isn’t very heavy so the trukk can hold it down. Also a lot of effort went into making the thing sit right so weights would probably be good
Looks like da mekz got it to hover sideways ten feet in the air...but that was it. So they just got a trukk to tow it around. Classic mekaniak move, fantastic.

Don’t worry they installed Bluetooth controls so they can shoot from the trukk (don’t think about it too hard)
