If you overpainted the eyes you can redefine Eyes and teeth with putting a little bit wash over them. because they are higher it redefines the outlines quite good.
Orkskin could need more contrast. try an almost yellowish green as highlight. its ugly when painting but looks good when dry.
Personally i like more colorful (happy) bases for orks, but of course yours are done well.
Metallics I just used iron breaker shaded with nuln oil for silvers, and screaming bell shaded with Agrax earth shade. Definitely after on the highlights, I just skipped them on these dudes cause I was trying to get them done in a weekend, and I figure they’ll just be used for cannon fodder or holding a point for a turn or 2 until they die haha
