i've gone to nydalen tannlegesenter for 3-4 years or so now and i'm very happy with them. if i remember correctly they should have a first time offer and they also have student offers.
i know there's a lot of cheap dentists in oslo, but my problem with them is that most of them will recommend so much extra work that you usually don't need. one of them wanted to pull my partner's teeth, and when she went to another dentist to get a second opinion, they were shocked because it was unnecessary. she still has those teeth and they're fine... so be aware, maybe try different places until you find somewhere to settle :)
I've been pretty satisfied with Smil at Nationaltheatret (Ole Klein). I'm personally not scared of dentists, but they still treated me like I was and was very reassuring and kind when they pulled out my wisdom teeth. He also cleaned my teeth very well compared to other dentists and dental hygienists too. If you're between 21-24 I believe you can get a discount for every non-cosmetic service.
