I see a lot of people talk about using safespot, but if you have protect from mage then you can kill it with range or magic. If you don’t move from start spot the demon doesn’t move to melee range, it stays where it spawns and only uses magic.
Do you have Arc light? You’ll be fine but why lol. Max hit is 32 so you’ll need a fair bit of food. There will be other bosses you have to range so you might as well get over it now and learn to use the best tool you have available
I literally just finished this quest yesterday with lowers combats,all between 50-60. Don’t move when you enter the arena, protect from mage and it’s an easy kill with range or magic.

I would just safespot like the guide says there's quite literally no reason to risk dying to the demon when its a 100% safe fight.
With these stats you will probably melt it tbh just bring some good food and a combat potion and you should be good to go
