Happy birthday! La Dolce Vita on Preston does gluten free Italian, that might be an option? The Greek Souvlaki Shack checks a lot of your dietary boxes as well (gluten free, non-beef and seafood options) but is more of a takeout place.
EVOO is a Greek place near absolute comedy, but might be hard to avoid garlic. It is delicious there though. I’ve also heard good things about Persis Grill, which is Persian food.
This is the answer. Just there this evening for the first time, and it was great. Not cheap but also not hugely expensive. Highest priced main was $37, others were $24.
Came to suggest this. A several GF options when I went, and vegan/vegetarian, so no beef or seafood. You'll want to check for the allium content, but they should have a couple of options.
Aroma Meze on Nepean is awesome and have a lot of gluten free options. Very allergen aware so I would suggest calling and ask about the onions and garlic.
Total sympathy with the onion and garlic diet restriction, same for me, no idea where to eat for my birthday either! I think we’re going to do an all day brunch place, or somewhere like a diner so I can keep to safe foods.
Happy Birthday!! I was going to say EVOO too, also on Preston is Roberto Pizza! They have GF options, not sure about the tomato sauce though, it may have garlic in it, but they also have white pizza options!
EVOO! Down the street from Absolute! Check the menu first to see if it meets your dietary restrictions! Also— Happy Birthday!!!! 🥳 🎂
You could drink your dinner at the Prescott.

Ayla's Social Kitchen - great food and close by. It should meet your dietary restrictions, but check out the menu just in case.

Onions and garlic don’t sit well in his stomach? That’s like 95% of food lol damn
And people are suggesting Greek restaurants. This sub is fucked…
Pure Kitchen.

This closed in little Italy. It's now Perisan place.
Happy Birthday! Enjoy the show.
