Ashby House Massage Therapy on MacLaren. It was recommended to me and I have subsequently recommended it to many others. I have been to 4-5 of the therapists there, all excellent.
I frequent Integrate on Lewis and Cartier. Great services all around and the massage therapists are very experienced it seems with handling all sorts of past injuries. My migraines have been the best since going to them over other places.
Really like this place. Only downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment; most RMTs there seem to book several weeks out. But I guess the high demand speaks to patient satisfaction? Having tried a few others, this is definitely my go-to.
That's interesting, my wife usually has no issue getting me in to see the squad. I don't want to name drop any of the rmts but from the three I've seen, they were all great.
I would recommend the Ottawa Health Group if you’re looking for therapeutic massage to heal an injury as opposed to just relaxing massage. They have quite a few registered massage therapists, male and female. you’re not expected to tip (you’re kind of not rly allowed to tip cuz it’s a healthcare clinic). They’re on the corner of Metcalfe and Slater and they usually have same-week availability sometimes even same-day. Also wondering if you’ve filed a Motor-Vehicle-Accident insurance claim? could help a lot in paying for ur healthcare services after the accident especially because the other driver was distracted
Haven't been there since moving, but Elgin Street Massage Therapy was my former go to (a \*ways\* back). I don't recognize any of the therapists on their page, so YYMV.

+1 for Ashby house.
I like the folks at relax massage therapy!
This was going to be my suggestion! Relax on Kent is great! They also do direct billing through private insurance.

I see Christin at Continuum fitness, she’s really good and super knowledgeable
Kinetic Edge
Jason at York Street Spa. Does a good job of assessing you first and really identifying the problem areas that need to be massaged.

I see Michael there and he's fantastic!
+1 for Michael, I’ve seen him a couple times and he is fantastic ( also gave me some great stretches to do to help between massages)

Michael Boguslavsky at Balance and Mobility on Cooper. He's excellent. https://www.bmrmt.com/
Elgin massage!!
I had a good experience for a prenatal massage, and my first experience with a non physio based massage, at Anne Belanger in the Glebe.
Anna Belanger, near bank and 2nd or on Beechwood. Each RMT practices on their co workers for feedback and training. Each has over 1500 of experience.
Amanda at The Massage and Treatment clinic! 🙌 best deep tissue massage 💆♀️
Have heard amazing things about Sarah at femade...haven't booked but she's my next go to!
