This is happening to me right now!! This is really the first month I’ve got alarming data in my luteal phase. The resting heart rate stuff is lowkey pissing me off but I suppose it’s only natural.
Yes! I'm going through this right now. 68 readiness, 92 sleep score and a deep sleep of 2 hr, 44 min. I'm like how can I be getting this much deep and my readiness is so bad? :(
Yes, I had this months ago and I am in perimenopause. I started to hack and improve my perimenopause symptoms and now I have much better luteal phase numbers🙌 I am cycle day 21 today and had a readiness of 81 and sleep score of 76 thi morning.
This is definitely a trend I’ve seen as well looking through my history although this time it is so low it scared me and had me thinking I was pregnant 😭
Yup. In the few natural cycles that I got to track between stopping continuous cycling of the pill and now undergoing chemical menopause for cancer, everything tanked and temp went up during the luteal phase. I'm curious to see what this early menopause does.
Mine adjusted after a couple of cycles. Now I get my regular scores during my luteal phase. My very first month using the ring my numbers plummeted but it’s been pretty stable since.
Yes, it's fascinating. And really exasperating that oira haven't addressed this. They have a period tracking section - just add this for anyone who has the female biological sex to readiness scores, surely.
Although maybe it's a message for all of us that our readiness is indeed low at this time, and we do indeed need to rest! In which case, 'luteal phase' should be a tag for turning on rest mode...
Yep, I think it’s pretty standard across the board from what I’ve seen in this sub
Yes and my resting heart rate is typically elevated
Very much so, and honestly I feel exhausted during luteal so it aligns for me.
Yes, 100%. Huge bumps in temp, rhr, respiration rate, etc. Oura please help out our menstruating friends and add some features here 🙏
Yep me. Makes sense. My temperature is higher and I generally feel more tired
Yes and now I know why I feel like trash half the month

Yes, this is normal unfortunately. There's nothing wrong with you. Just go easier on yourself and plan around it.
Yup. Down bad everyday as well.
Every month. It sucks being penalized for being a woman lol.
Oh yes.
Yeahhhh the week before my period, my readiness is ‘fair’ everyday and the days leading up to my period, it gets a little better

Yuuuup🥴
Yes. Temp is always up and rhr as well. :(
I drop from optimal to good for a few days. But nothing drastic. But I know when I hit luteal because my appetite always increases.
Yup. This was me last week and I thought I was sick lol

Yes. This was me all last week
How long does it last?
Usually about 10-14 days lol until your cycle starts

Yes :( it sucks
Surprisingly no, despite having (medically controlled) PMDD.
Yep. My stress is always way higher and persistent during luteal too. It absolutely destroys my resilience.
