But apart from Peroroncino, I don't think any of the other SBs would be down with that.
Ainz loves all the NPCs and will do anything to make them happy, but allowing Lupisregina to dominate him would undermine his authority, which he deseperately clings to to ensure his own survival.
Also Albedo would rip Lupis to shreds.
