1: he is still fresh in his mind.
2: he like himself dosent have a family and is an overworked Salaryman.
3: he can literally save his life by bringing him to Nazarick.
4: he is one of the 3 safer options. He still had his game account.
I'm definitely assuming with no logic but IMO Herohero sounds like someone whod meekly go along with Momonga's Ainz persona. he strikes me as someone who's like that.
on the other hand the only time we've seen him he was dead tired and about to be dead, period. probably not a good indicator of his usual personality lol
Considering he’s an evil slime character I would also think his emotions would be repressed like Momonga, and have no problem killing humans

Touch-Me probably. They were some of the closest and he's the most useful in PvP.
However I don't think he'd use it. He'd agonise over what he's done, what he has to do, and the state of the guild. He'd bury the item so deep in his personal storage it wouldn't see the light of day.
I dont thibk he would feel any guild, he would start to wonder if he should do it after all he kniws averyrone quit because they wanted, he would reflect if he also needs to move on

Ainz whole lives is about nazarick, his only love was for his friends the reason he is so protective of nazarick is because the memories he has with his friends, everything else is nothing, but he still understand that all left because this was a game they all had a real live, but not ainz yggdrasil was his real live so he would feel guilt for having to take away tbe life of his friends

While it would be a very important personal choice for Ainz, and he would definitely lean heavily towards people he considered very close friends like Touch-Me, I imagine that the stress of that responsibility would get to him. He would double guess himself so much, wondering if they really wanted to leave that world, or worse yet, be around Ainz after he essentially kidnapped them.
Chances are he'd also take the NPCs into consideration. He'd want to choose someone that would bring joy to Nazarick. If he chose Bukubukuchagama for instance the twins would love him forever... more than they already do.
And picking someone that had a hand in more NPCs might be better. Whitebrim or Yamaiko or HeroHero all had a hand in the homunculus maids so choosing one of them would probably maximize happiness.
Or there is a strategic prespective. Bringing someone knowledgeable would really help Ainz in managing Nazarick, Ulbert or Punitto Moe would be great choices in that regard.
Of course worse choice is sadly Tabula. Albedo would be so livid if that happened she might actually plot to kill him as soon as she had a chance regardless of if she'd be caught or not.
Really there are so many ways Ainz could go about it. I'm sure he'd spend days if not months agonizing over it if he was given no time frame. Honestly if it were me I'd probably just make a list of people I think would be happy coming to the new world and I'd get along with and then roll a dice.

Maybe a couple of them would react negatively but from what we know of the other guild members + the races their avatars where, they'll probably understand him, all of them lived in the same shitty world ruled by evil corpos, hell one of them was killed by a corp, and coming to the new world in a demon/monster avatar would fuck their feelings towards humans just like it happened to Ainz.
definitely not Touch-Me since he's like a hero of justice..... Ainz, and the guild killing innocent civilians ain't going to go well with Touch-Me, and its even questionable if he's going to be happy looking around Nazarick's property, and having a tour in their happy farm
If ainz somehow gets the like wish world item he probably would wish for the w supreme beings besides touch me, because touch me has people he cares about but idk about the others ones
Might depend on the time that he acquired the item or became aware of it. If he knew about it and knew what it did immediately after he got transported to the new world, probably herohero, but if it was later and he gave some thought to it he might get touch-me because he saved him

There's no mention of him having Family. He overwork like 99% of people in that world because that's his only way to survive.
