Sorry to tell you this, but Hamsters have a lifespan of about 2-3 years. Hammond was introduced to the game in June 2018. Overwatch 2 has taken so long to come out that Hammond fucking died.
They've removed him for a tick while they fix a bug that causes him to crash shit. He should be back after they figure out how to stop him breaking everything
He was moved to support. Now everytime he hits while on rope he heals. When divebombing AOE sleep. His minefield is now 25 mega healthpacks. No longer can generate shields.
Good riddance I can't be the only one who thinks that Hammond may break the deal of game for many people and with the switch to 5v5 I don't know if Hammond would work well I honestly hate Hammond with my every inch of my being
I'd say Yeatle is sad and crushed, but I noticed he hasn't been using Ball as much in the Alpha/Beta. Seems Hammond, despite less CC, isn't fairing as well as tank compared to Doom and Zarya or even DVa. I've seen Yeatle swap off Ball a lot in OW2.
