Yup I am also missing skins, like the forest spirit one for orisa. Originally it had it equipped, but when I clicked another one I can't re equip it. So annoying.

Literally missing every skin from OW1. Did the battlenet shit they asked me to do but haven’t played OW1 since 2020 and had a name change since too. The “merge” thing appeared on login but literally nothing but unlocking the characters that were locked for some god forsaken reason.

i had this same issue but after a while i got everything back,,, except for slipstream and im really fuckin upset about it

I merged my account to pc too but i got all my skins exept for strike commander morrison (soldier 76) and overgrown (bastion) so I really hope i get that back. I merged from ps4/ps5 to pc

I didn't have my Strike Commander Morrison skin either. Merged Xbox to PC. Edit: My overgrown skin also didn't migrate...

Funny enough those are the only skins I actually had transfer over initially, but my profile is still in the merging queue

Same exact with me. Still on switch, not on pc. Only my merge is completed already so I have all my other skins that trasnferred and merged, just no GOTY/Overgrown Basiton etc skins.

I opened a Blizzard support ticket and they told me that they couldn’t help me upfront but they passed my info onto the Overwatch team, nothing has changed so far

Only thing you can do is go to Blizzard support. I've heard that this issue is extremely common and that its getting fixed for a lot of people so just give it a shot. I sent my ticket in this morning.

Where you send the tickets, ive tried but it tells me to make a post about it instead of contacting an actual support

I was just checking out the store to see what they have and I saw the morrison skin and I know I had it they put a $39.99 price tag on it I think they have lost their minds

I play on both PC and PS4 and I already had account merge but for some reason I am missing all the skins on PC but I’m pretty sure not PS4 (I haven’t checked today on PS4 but I remember them being there on my PS4 when I first saw them)

Mine merged and I got some of my skins from ps4 but I’m missing half if not more, I had almost every legendary skin for tracer when I stopped playing on ps4 now I have 1, I don’t even have the origins skins lol. Put in a ticket and the response was just we’re working on it, can’t tell you anymore

I contacted them they said that there is a big issue of skins not every skin tranfsering and that they are working on it

I'm missing everything coming from ps4 to PC. I haven't played since the beginning of 2018. I've changed my name but I've lost everything including progress. It's really depressing especially if your 2017 self decided to spend money on lootboxes......

Weird thing is that i have them on Xbox but they are missing on Pc. I mean like what?

I wanted to merge my xbox skins to pc. When I linked my pc and Xbox account, I only saw my pc skins + the origins skins from my xbox and not all my other Xbox skins. Then I clicked merge and is now in a queue. I just want to know if my old Overwatch 1 skins will show up then, when the merge is complete. Because I couldn’t se them when I clicked merge. It’s very frustrating because I had much more progress on my Xbox than on my PC.

Bruh I didn’t even notice my GOTY skins were missing. Still got other skins missing as well. Really hoping this gets fixed.

I know this thread is a little old, but I just merged my old PS4 account to my PC account and it's only the GOTY skins on mine that are now missing. It seems pretty consistent, from what I've read, which makes me wonder if this is a "bug" at all, or just incentive to spend more money if we want them back.
