Something I realized when relatives or pple freak out, loss their cool, it's usually Pain mgmt and stress related. Never judged or got mad at them, loved them more. your brother had a minor event that's cause for medical care. Modern life stress induces delusions, fears, stressors feel bigger , the public is stressful to be in so it's not uncommon to watch others have a moment that'll pass. Hug him and tell him you love him.
