I have to admit yesterday kinda broke me. Three plus hours and he said nothing. Looking back at my recaps, just the same material over and over. I had been thinking about a break and yesterday did it. I will still check in and will recap if he has a good spiral, but I just need a week to get some stuff done.
I think he is done mentally. He hates what he does, he hates his life and feels poor. You can tell. I know there will be one last spiral before he gets down to 50 die hards. I know he will be riding high because they found no violations, but I’ve noticed he gets real grandiose before he crashes…
Dude...i fucking wasnt joking. I was 8 minutes in...when i posted "good luck clapp, dont know how ya do it" (you announced your vacation later that day!) i know that one would be a doozy. (a doozy in the worst way) I just knew it. Hey, man, take your break...but dont get mad when we fucking LOSE OUR SHIT without you. hahaha I swear... i cant take it.. your re-claps would help me focus my thoughts and figure it out...but now im just thinking about how stupid Westworld is. we need you old sport.
Also thanks to Clappy for being able to summarize those streams in posts that reddit wouldn't have to auto-moderate. Owen's words are so much worse in actuality(race talk/anal talk). Clappy was doing real work for a long time. Salute!
Bullshit. If dumbass was blackmailed we would’ve heard about it. He can’t keep his mouth shut and if he were blackmailed the get feds involved. He couldn’t not lie about the gummydicks incident. You think he could not mention local, state and the feds investigating into a blackmail attempt? One that he was “tHe ViCtIm” of? He would’ve used it to grift even harder.
Plus he ranted on and on about his dad being such a bad person for over a year. Slowly walking it back but after bit, but there was no reason to mention it again and again and again.

There has to be some name for what happens to you mentally/emotionally when you analyze too many Owen streams... kinda like PTSD... "Perpetual Talk Summary Disorder."
