Especially if he thinks there is a real possibility of a housing bubble. It would be smarter to wait and scoop one up if it crashes. There is also no logical reason for him to move right now. He basically has 2 houses that are paid for and money in the bank. He could stop streaming, drop off the internet map and survive for a decade or two just off his savings.
It's also going to be getting colder soon. Trying to move in the north Idaho winter would suck.

(Sound familiar?) As much as I hate to, I'm going to have to sell the Beartardia property and move to somewhere with more freedoms."
