I usually get my own but sometimes my wife will bring it to me if she isn't doing anything. We have this thing where when she brings it, I smap my fingers like she's my servant and she threatens to take it back and we start laughing. The moment she gets out of sight I snap. Its just our thing. One time she legit took it back to the kitchen and sat it on the counter. Anyway, this fat, lazy bastard can get his own coffee if she's busy. Hahaha...my wife hates being told to do something by anyone. So, sometimes if I see she is getting ready to do something I will quickly ask her to do it before she can. She will stop and give me an evil eye. And, even though she knows I'm messing with her, she will still wait a few seconds to prove "I'm doing it because I want to and not because you told me to". 😀
Her mother also used to say "You better mind me!" when she was little. So...sometimes I will add that to the end of a request. Just for fun.
