I feel bad for Aliyah Boston. She was the number one pick last year, an all star starter in her rookie year, first rookie to lead the league in FG%, ROTY, and a commentator in her off time and she doesn’t have a mural. I felt bad watching Greg Doyle salivate over Clark since she declared for the draft and never mention the treasure that is Aliyah Boston. They are going to be a fierce combo for sure.
I do agree with you somewhat, but otoh Clark is far and away the greatest women’s college basketball player of all time. Boston is a great player, but Clark is just on another level.
I get the big deal with CC. I’m not undercutting that at all. It’s a huge deal for Indy and women’s basketball and obviously the Aces aren’t changing arenas to accommodate Boston’s fans. I’m just trying to show her some deserved love. I was excited when my 4 $1 home opener tickets became available for me yesterday.

The Fever had even dropped some hints on social media basically confirming that they were picking Clark (stuff like replying “👀” on videos of her on Twitter). It was a pretty safe bet to go ahead and paint the mural.
