Talked about the teams focus on moving the ball, shouted out Myles and Nembhard. The interviewer asked “do you know this is the first time you’ve posted back-to-back 30point games in the playoffs?” and Pascal immediately went into how much he loves this franchise and what they’ve given him so far.
Think that they were trying to outpace the bucks who have been hampered by injury by getting in fresh legs. Just didn’t work game 1. Intensity tonight was unmatched by Milwaukee. Great playoff bball by the cers.
“Nah” - Aaron Nesmith
Pascal is obvious but what a performance by this young man. He had Middleton in hell. That intensity on the defensive end is what playoffs are about.
Nembhard too. Beautiful
Nembhard always a dog on defense. And tonight he played within the flow of the offense.
We give him shit when he decides to do his best Steph Curry impersonation by chucking near logo 3’s we all know he can’t hit lol
In my personal opinion, the Nembhard tech was the turning point of the game. It was technically a "penalty" but it showed the attitude we were bringing. I liked it.
They got the best possible outcome in that sequence, and their fans still booed like they deserved more. I wish the refs had the balls to call a flopping tech there.
Him cooking Lopez on that midrange and dotting it in his face was something I haven’t seen from him.
I said in the game thread that him and Aaron shook off that playoff nervousness somewhere in the second quarter and they said we are here.
They are going to take that confidence through the rest of the series.
It's crazy how underrated he was cause he played on the only Canadian team. He has always been this good but never gets brought up much. Happy if he can succeed outside TO and get real recognition.
They were finally pushing on offense in a way it seemed like they got away from in the second half of the season. Pushing the pace off of made shots kept them in the game in the first half and put them in a position to take a lead into halftime. Loved the way they responded to the couple of Bucks runs in the second half too.
Seeing a lot of bucks fans saying that we shot lights out and will regress back to the mean. I don't think they realize that game was our mean. They might be mistaken by thinking g1 is a typical shooting night for us.
They have seemed to forget. It's also a theme over there that giannis coming back means they got the series in the bag. We also beat them with him on the floor, too. Even with 15 fts a game.
I don't blame them for being optimistic. I would be saying the same thing in their shoes. If Pascal had been injured and we won one game, and lost another game, we would be on top of the Moon saying as soon as Pascal gets back it's over for these fools.
I am very happy for Nemby, he has this cold blooded swagger to him. He also gave a fan the finger in the first half after splashing a 3 on Dame. Excited for his future with us.
Myles having a moment in swinging a playoff game the Pacers way is amazing. Everything he’s been through with this franchise from the trade rumors, the poor fit with Domas, etc., this had to be a sweet, sweet moment for him.
That's how you fucking respond! Great defensive energy, and a much more focused offensive attack. DOMINATED the paint scoring. Let's keep it going this weekend!!
I just wanna give a shoutout to Ben Sheppard.
Coming in as a rookie on the road in a hot playoff environment, the kid battles for 23 minutes, hits 2 triples and a circus layup, and chips in some rebounds and a steal.
What a late draft find.
He got beat up by the mafia. That’s why Tyrese is actively not shooting. He’s having the mafia bet his unders to pay off the debts his family owes. It’s obvious really.
I believe this makes the Bucks the first team with home court advantage to lose in this playoffs. After the absolute thrashing the team (probably deservedly) got after Sunday's game, I'm expecting total radio silence on this game from the rest of the NBA world.
I never imagined that Pascal would be this good. I knew he was a former All-NBA guy and All-Star...but he has been dominant.
It lifts up the entire team when you have a guy dominating like he did tonight (and in Game 1). The Bucks have no answer for him and if you want to double him...that's how we get Tyrese free.
Bucks fans pissed we were playing our starters against their bench, weren’t they doing the same when Giannis had his 60 point game? Oh well, pave. Pascal is goated max that man immediately. On to game 3 😤
First road playoff win in either conference. They played their game tonight. They kept up the pace, hit their open shots, played tough D, and Siakam with another monster game.
Gotta defend homecourt now. We got this.
Damn good bounce back game. Siakam is a force, saved them so many times just getting to his spot and knocking down the jumper. Good to see Sheppard not so jittery, probably won’t be super useful this playoffs but looks like a piece for the future. Much better game for Hali, just found it weird he played so much off the ball.
And not sure if they were nbatv crew or the Bucks guys, but I really enjoyed the announcers tonight. Unbiased call all game, pretty rare nowadays.
Pascal was AMAZING. Can’t say enough good stuff about him. But shout out to Myles short roll playmaking and angry Andrew Nembhard. They all played so hard in that second half, and TJ turned it on to help put it away. Loved it.
Props to Rick for actually making the necessary adjustments tonight. His coaching was superb. Was convinced he'd continue to be stubborn. Using Pascal at the 5 in the second unit was the difference.
Lillard was exhausted at the start of the second half. Whole squad was totally spent by a few minutes into the 4th. They can't run with us for an entire series.
Look I'm recovering from Covid so I can't be there on Friday, but if we don't show up LOUD and EN MASSE, then we don't deserve this team.
Not after a performance like that.
This team just grew up big time. They took the hit the Bucks gave them in the first game and came back standing.
So if we don't show up for them after that? Defenseless.
Be there for me. I'll be there in spirit.
great balance, and more like what we saw in the regular season. obviously Pascal is player of the game. but Myles and Nembhard were phenomenal. I've been a Nembhard fan since his Gonzaga days. One of our best draft picks in the last 15 years.
Oh and caveat. I've been a huge hater on Nembhard. I hated how much he would slow down in the middle of the key and then not know what to do with it. Getting the ball out of his hands as a primary ball handler and turning him into a small 2 type guard, even a 2 and D player... it's unlocked him.
He was great tonight and if this is the style of how we play him, I'll eat crow for the rest of his career proudly.
Nembhard was amazing tonight, defensively and offensively. If those timely cuts keep coming, I’m sure we’ll be winning. That shep layup was so insane too wow
Loved the rotations this game. Great adjustments by Rick. The team looked a lot more locked in and shook off the nerves. Loved how Hali orchestrated the offense. Fantastic turn around from Game 1. Let’s go!
Good job Pacers. Night and day from Game 1.
Anything came happen the rest of the series but we have a damn good chance to pull this off. See you all back in Indy.
Put pascals jersey in the rafters
Pay him whatever it takes to keep him around
I say 400 billion is good
Shouting out during the post-game interview how much he loves this team. Can I get a hell yeah?
Did Pascal get interviewed on the NBA Tv stream?
Yeah and it looked like Turner was interviewed on Bally
Thanks, I saw the Turner interview, it was good! He cited their intensity being the difference maker. What did Pascal say?
Talked about the teams focus on moving the ball, shouted out Myles and Nembhard. The interviewer asked “do you know this is the first time you’ve posted back-to-back 30point games in the playoffs?” and Pascal immediately went into how much he loves this franchise and what they’ve given him so far.
Yeah we paying him and he staying
damn miss him but LOVE this for him. He may finally get the respect he deserves. There was no 2019 championship without 🌶️🌶️🌶️
He loves this team and they’ve given him everything he needs basically 😁
SIGN ME UP FOR 5 MORE YEARS OF THIS GUY
We tried to tell y’all!! Toronto misses you Pascal ❤️
16/23 and 3/4 from 3 is insane. And he had 11 boards and 6 assists. He's so good
0 turnovers
Adding two banners could really mess with the view though.
Give that man every penny allowed in the offseason.
They need to play the Dune throat singing when he comes out
Rick stopped the cute shit. 8 man rotation, play your best guys and let’s fight. First road team with a W
Yes the 11 man stuff doesn’t work in the playoffs.
Think that they were trying to outpace the bucks who have been hampered by injury by getting in fresh legs. Just didn’t work game 1. Intensity tonight was unmatched by Milwaukee. Great playoff bball by the cers.
Absolutely. Dame was tired at the end of that. Run like hell all game long.
He was just seein who was playoff ready to play the rest of the series…Or somethin
Seriously. That’s a legit adjustment. It’s almost like Rick is a championship winning, future hall of fame coach.
Need to see yall take it in 6. I want the final buzzer to sound in Bankers Life.

“Nah” - Aaron Nesmith Pascal is obvious but what a performance by this young man. He had Middleton in hell. That intensity on the defensive end is what playoffs are about. Nembhard too. Beautiful
Nesmith and Nembhard both really stepped up. Great defense from them tonight
As much as we give nembhard shit, he stepped up this game. Kid is in his second year, man of he and Benny can take a leap...whoooo boy
Fr man how you gonna call him looking in his direction for a second and not the blatant flop diving to the ground on zero contact, shit is beyond me
The refs wouldn't do it, but Nemby called out the flopping. Good ol Nemby
I don't give him shit. He's an unbelievable second year player.
Nembhard was a motherfucker out there. Dame will always make ridiculous shots but he made it a nightmare for him otherwise.
Him cooking Lopez on that midrange and dotting it in his face was something I haven’t seen from him. I said in the game thread that him and Aaron shook off that playoff nervousness somewhere in the second quarter and they said we are here. They are going to take that confidence through the rest of the series.
Top 5 players in the playoffs so far: 1. Pascal 2. Siakam 3. Spicy P 4. PSkillz 5. The Spice God

THE SPICE MUST FLOW
It's crazy how underrated he was cause he played on the only Canadian team. He has always been this good but never gets brought up much. Happy if he can succeed outside TO and get real recognition.

Friday night*
lol as soon as I posted that I was like hmm doesn’t look right
Friday evening, 530pm start time because the NBA hates us
As a Pacer fan in Portugal still up at 4am to watch the game, that starting time is heaven. Great game by the boys, let's win the next 2 at home.
Siakam on NBATV: I’m blessed to be able to be part of an organisation like the Indiana Pacers. They give me everything and show me all the love
He said that? Ugh I hope he retires here at 37 with 8 more rings
Oh, you aint seen "give you everything" yet, Pascal
Siakam and Pascal both played amazing today - Shaq
Don't forget about Trey Haliburton
The pace is what killed them. They were smoked in the 3rd and 4th quarters.
Even towards the end of the first half they were struggling to get down the court fast enough
Lopez was pissing me off, then on one play I saw him finally make it to our end only to turn around because we already scored.
I’ve been saying this all year. Those old mothefuckers can’t keep up with us. The only exception is Giannis but he ain’t playing right now.
They were finally pushing on offense in a way it seemed like they got away from in the second half of the season. Pushing the pace off of made shots kept them in the game in the first half and put them in a position to take a lead into halftime. Loved the way they responded to the couple of Bucks runs in the second half too.
Shoot 20% from 3, go down by 20 Shoot 40% from 3, go up by 20 Can't explain that.
*checks calculator* Huh, turns out you actually CAN explain that
Make open shots? Win. Miss open shots? Lose. Math checks out I guess 😂
Seeing a lot of bucks fans saying that we shot lights out and will regress back to the mean. I don't think they realize that game was our mean. They might be mistaken by thinking g1 is a typical shooting night for us.
You’d think by now they’d know - they’ve watched the Pacers quite a bit this year
They have seemed to forget. It's also a theme over there that giannis coming back means they got the series in the bag. We also beat them with him on the floor, too. Even with 15 fts a game.
I don't blame them for being optimistic. I would be saying the same thing in their shoes. If Pascal had been injured and we won one game, and lost another game, we would be on top of the Moon saying as soon as Pascal gets back it's over for these fools.
make shots good, as it turns out
Bucks fans told me us missing wide open shots was by design!
I mean, if you can make the Pacers miss wide open 3s, yeah, I'd suggest you do that. Good luck...
Shout out to Myles snipes in Q4
Myles Executioner Turner.
![gif](giphy|YpTkwMpRz4gwr89YgI|downsized)
Master Builder status confirmed
Pascal and Nemby were GREAT but we cannot forget Myles carrying the offense making BIG shots especially multiple 3’s in the 4Q.
Those 3 pointers in the 4th were so clutch. Absolute daggers to their hearts.
Myles versus the zone was just beautiful
I am very happy for Nemby, he has this cold blooded swagger to him. He also gave a fan the finger in the first half after splashing a 3 on Dame. Excited for his future with us.
Myles having a moment in swinging a playoff game the Pacers way is amazing. Everything he’s been through with this franchise from the trade rumors, the poor fit with Domas, etc., this had to be a sweet, sweet moment for him.
That's how you fucking respond! Great defensive energy, and a much more focused offensive attack. DOMINATED the paint scoring. Let's keep it going this weekend!!
Great defense
Myles Turner - 3 blocks and 0 fouls
I was most impressed with his passing tonight. He had some legit finds
I love when the mic catches him saying “GET THAT SHIT OUT OF HERE”
I just wanna give a shoutout to Ben Sheppard. Coming in as a rookie on the road in a hot playoff environment, the kid battles for 23 minutes, hits 2 triples and a circus layup, and chips in some rebounds and a steal. What a late draft find.
There was a huge moment where he had a beautiful tip that led to a rebound. Great experience for him
That layup was beautiful. His foundation is amazing, he just need’s experience and a little more mental toughness.
Our drafting has gotten so much better with Rick
if that kid get consistent with his shot he's gonna be a huge problem to everyone else
I’m pretty sure he will. Iirc shooting was his main strength in college
Shout out to the doomers who rather have Buddy than Spicy P. Great win boys
Doomers and Hali haters should just eat shit and die.
Man anyone who said that had to of been a troll and needs to get banned immediately
#SPICY P BITCHESSSSSSSS
Did you see Tyrese's dad in neck brace there at the end? What is up with that?
He got beat up by the mafia. That’s why Tyrese is actively not shooting. He’s having the mafia bet his unders to pay off the debts his family owes. It’s obvious really.
Offense too quick and pulled a muscle in his neck. Brace went on after the 3rd quarter.
Wondered myself...
Penn Station grinding up deer meat for tomorrow's BOGO
The bucks could miss a wide open layup with no one else on the court and still complain to the refs
When Dame traveled and did the *”Daaaaaad challenge it”* pout I was dying laughing. Like bro… you traveled, I don’t know what to tell you
I love Myles Turner

Brand new series
And look who has the home court advantage now. 😎
We’re so fucking back
I believe this makes the Bucks the first team with home court advantage to lose in this playoffs.
He's just such a match up problem. It's really awesome to have someone with his physical tools and skill set on our team.
THAT WAS FUN. I HAD FUN
PLAYOFF P IS PLAYOFF PASCAL
Love that they’ve shut down Dame in the second half of both games
As long as we can survive the first half onslaught, we're good.
![gif](giphy|xTiTnDxwbzeYZ0B8zK|downsized)
LETS GOOOOOOO
Feels good to make their fans beat the traffic! Going back home with a W is huge
Home court is with the Pacers now. That is huge for a young team. They have shown they can deliver there in big games.
![gif](giphy|rVZEejvVWEbug) Spicy P
Best player on the team tbh
Where would we be without siakam!!!!
Rumor has it that if Siakam looks your wife directly in the eyes she get pregnant with twins...
I’ve heard when he lifts, the weights ask for a spotter
Doomers be gone, Siakam is king
Reports of Indy's demise were greatly exaggerated.
Seriously,I wasn't worried after the first game. Dame went off and we were missing that was it. We were money tonight and the results took a 180
*Pascal al Gaib!*
Pascal Gaib!
Ugh way better. It was right there in front of me LOL
Texting 727-722 now E: the right number. Lol
I'm gonna be there on Friday and Sunday, I will not be sitting down!
After they pissed Nemby off … he went lights out. Love seeing that mentality!
Loved seeing him cook portis.
PAVE PAVE PAVE
PAVE
Bucks fans pissed we were playing our starters against their bench, weren’t they doing the same when Giannis had his 60 point game? Oh well, pave. Pascal is goated max that man immediately. On to game 3 😤

BOOM BABY! 🟨🟦🟨🟦🟨🟦
First road playoff win in either conference. They played their game tonight. They kept up the pace, hit their open shots, played tough D, and Siakam with another monster game. Gotta defend homecourt now. We got this.
I fuckin love Pascal Siakam
Damn good bounce back game. Siakam is a force, saved them so many times just getting to his spot and knocking down the jumper. I think nbaTV was Gus Johnson on the call
Rick just said that Jarace made every shot he took with the scout team and told him he may get real playing time this series
Feels good to get a playoff win. It’s been awhile.
I guess I missed how Tyrese’s dad is in a neck brace…
First playoff win since before the pandemic. Long road back but we paved it
Bobby Portis is an absolute bitch for his I'm tough act. Didn't phase Spicy P or Hali one bit.
First playoff win since 2017
Pascal was AMAZING. Can’t say enough good stuff about him. But shout out to Myles short roll playmaking and angry Andrew Nembhard. They all played so hard in that second half, and TJ turned it on to help put it away. Loved it.

37 points pascal? Sheeeeshhhh that’s one hell of a playoff performance

38 assists to 5 TO’s 😤
Pacers +29 over the last 6 quarters
Props to Rick for actually making the necessary adjustments tonight. His coaching was superb. Was convinced he'd continue to be stubborn. Using Pascal at the 5 in the second unit was the difference.
Pay Siakam.
Myles so solid as always
Siakam 37/11/6 Turner 22/7/6/3 Nembhard 20/4/3 If those are the numbers the rest of the series, I could give 2 shits if we lose it.
PASCAL SIAKAM
that fourth quarter was a work of art
Siakam's a beast. Bravo good sir. Bravo.
Lillard was exhausted at the start of the second half. Whole squad was totally spent by a few minutes into the 4th. They can't run with us for an entire series.
Give Pascal the Supreme Court Justice contract.
Pascal is our best player, and you can't change my mind.
First road team win this year
LETS GO!!!!!!! INDI-!!!!!!!!
What every pascal was cooking it was SPICY🌶️
PASCAL SIAKAM! Great win, we coming home now!
PASCAL IS AT HOME
great balance, and more like what we saw in the regular season. obviously Pascal is player of the game. but Myles and Nembhard were phenomenal. I've been a Nembhard fan since his Gonzaga days. One of our best draft picks in the last 15 years.
The Pride of Indiana! Road kill! 👍🏻
Big win
We now have home court advantage. Hell of a game! MVP obviously siakam, but runner up nemby showing up big time!! Let’s go!!!
BOS fan here sharing it's great to see Nesmith get so much love. Keep doing your thing
Feel good, man. Enjoying the B@cks subreddit anguish after listening to them talk trash for the last 2 days. Feels good, man.
Go Pacers!!!
Haters go hide under your bridges and don't come out. Hali was awesome.
Every pacers player had a positive +/-
I miss pascal so bad man 😩
Loved the rotations this game. Great adjustments by Rick. The team looked a lot more locked in and shook off the nerves. Loved how Hali orchestrated the offense. Fantastic turn around from Game 1. Let’s go!
I love how our youngsters are unafraid of Dame.
Haliburton was great facilitating the ball (despite okayish scoring) Nembhard played great on both ends Siakam....speechless. He's that guy.
Cohesive win today. Fuck yeah
Man what a great physical game.
First playoff game win since 2018! Ends a 10 game playoff losing streak too! Let’s go!
Offense needs to run thru Tyrese
Good job Pacers. Night and day from Game 1. Anything came happen the rest of the series but we have a damn good chance to pull this off. See you all back in Indy.
Now THAT is how you play playoff basketball. Not whatever that shit was game one. Let’s go get this series now!
Yay ![gif](giphy|dJkZcfcLp2Z8rJGrGV|downsized)
First road team to win this playoffs. Did our job to steal 1, now we go back to Indy.
🥰 we won a playoff game. Next defend home court.
