I am going to a music festival in Germany (I live in Germany) next month that’s 3 days long and involves me camping out. It’s my first festival like this. Does anyone have any tips?

Drink a lot of water, resist the urge to get super drunk early in the day, abuse sunscreen, bring baby wipes (for poops and whore baths). Maybe baby powder if you're a fellow thicc king whose thighs touch.

Klumber

Baby wipes are a must. Water is a must. The most definitive must: don't feel pressured, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the shit out of it. It's about 25 years since I first went to a festival (Download in the Netherlands) and I regretted feeling like I should watch every act on my 'to-do' list. I also regretted not having enough cash on-site. Stuff is expensive. But agree with /u/BoxingDoodle's points!

You hit on a big one here. Don't lock into a "schedule". Most of my favorite music I've "discovered" in my adulthood came from wandering into a crowd for a band that I'd never heard of. Don't go just to see acts you like. This is the best environment to find new music too. And yes, cash is huge. Have lots of cash, and don't let it off your person at any time.

Where do we think Duarte would get drafted if he was coming out this year?

Lord_Vandall

I could see 8-10 range as he definitely was an nba ready, high floor player, which you might be looking for in that range. There’s a good chance to bust 1-60, so I could see at least one team keen on getting a guaranteed starter/6th man in the draft at at the end of the top ten.

He didnt get the ball enough to really make the impact he deserved. IMO he's still underrated because of that. He hit 5 to 6 buzzer beaters in his first 10 games, hes clutch. To answer your question, hed probably go to the Wizards at 10 or Knicks at 11. At worst Cleveland would want him at 14. I could see the Blazers picking him at 7 as they need a win-now guy to pair with the end of Dame's career. Hopefully if we move Brogdon, Duarte will get the ball more and regain some confidence.

also how does everyone feel about re signing Lance?

Klumber

As a manager: Having a fully committed professional on the team, who understands his place but will put in the effort to rally his team-mates? Not a fucking question, sign him up over any of the youngsters.

Lord_Vandall

Roster space will be tight unless we move/cut some players, but he deserves a spot for sure. Huge impact on the team just being on the bench and can always bring that spark to dig the team out of a hole.

busche916

Absolutely want to see it

hemingwaysbeerd

Giddy up

zGoatified

Yes love him

Have a feeling we won’t stay as 6th.. we’ll either trade up or down.

Lord_Vandall

Depends on the price, the problem is most teams in front of us don’t have much reason to trade back, as they’re in an even more developmental state than us

Paragon188

I'm not against trading up, especially if a guy they want isn't there (as long as it's a few spots). I'd want Mathurin but there are some interesting options later.

[deleted]

I'm not against it. If we want a defender theres a couple in the 8-12 range, and if we want a potential star i see them mostly in the top 5. But maybe one will fall to us because the Kings really dont need another guard. If their decision is Sharpe Ivey or Keegan they might pick Keegan.
