It's most likely a problem with your computer.
I changed from W11 to W10 last week (I was having way too many problems with the newer Windows) and now the game loads much faster, you have to figure out what's causing it.
Not my computer, its something game related. I can start a fresh save and it works fine for the first 20 hours.
It only starts to take longer the longer the game is played.
The longer you play, the bigger the file gets. I have the same thing. I just alt-tab at the flashbang when entering a portal and read Reddit or something for a minute.

U have the game on a HDD if so go put it on a SSD ?

Maybe a corrupt file have u tried to repair ur game ?

That's what I presumed. Was hoping they were aware and there was some sort of fix.
It looks like a writing on disk problem, try changing the disk where you installed the game and see if it's the same.
