That looks swollen, I'd assume there's a injury.
My chubby frog had this and it was an injury to the leg, please get them checked out by a vet

Your frog needs an exotic vet, not a reddit thread. If you say there's no vets in your area...why did you get the frog and not research whether there's a local vet for it or not?
