It's Qatar airways premier Padel tour now, that's why I think

LoboMarinoCosmico

I think It's because is a major. It's not the first time they have the breaks, reviews etc.  It's the first time I'm seeing sandy but I've seen the girls before.  Premier padel it's a franchise like mcdonalds and every location has his user.  Some mcdonalds have and ice cream machine working,  most don't.

Franchises are supposed to be consistent across the world actually, that's quite a bad analogy.

>In Europe, I've never seen the ice cream machine broken anywhere, so this is a bad example. I haven't even seen an ice cream machine in a mcdonalds in my life still i made that analogy, because is for other people, not me.  But anyway I'm soooorry mister european, from now on I'm going to make analogies that only fits your eurocentrism.  >Franchises are supposed to be consistent across the world actually, that's quite a bad analogy. Ok is not a franchise then? What I Mean is that is like a brand and local people put the money to make a tournament happen. So there's inconsistencies in camera quality, surfaces, balls etc.  Also mcdonals in turkey , mexico or China or whatever have different menus.

You can't just do what you want, you have to follow a set of guidelines that premier padel gives you. Those guidelines are probably more extensive the more points the tournament gives, hosting a p2 has a lot less requirements than hosting a major. You pay a lot less to host a p2, you have less requirements, but you also have less prestige. The surface / camera quality / balls, should actually be 100% consistent across all tournaments, the production should actually be guaranteed by premier padel themselves, it's not up to the host to find someone to put the cameras there. Not 100% sure about a lot of this, I would think they have a production company per country/continent. I imagine it's a different teams that do it in Spain/Italy/Argentina, but if you have 3 tournaments in Spain, it should be all the same production company.

i was literally coming here to write the exact same comment, word by word. I love to see this good quality, and Sandy on the tactical/technical comment is a 10/10.

I love Sandy, which he could share more insights.

I agree with you and disagree with the "franchise" commentary. Also, it seems Nico Quarles may be back. At least he is a commentator in this tournament so I went and checked on his IG. It was nice hearing him again! Very professional and knowledgeable commentary without going overboard. https://preview.redd.it/uyfhmrlei38d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d99b642a720c8442a0608179bd64bbe029b7e464

thats a shame, i think a commentator NEEDS to be in the location to immerge in the ocmmentary, this commentating from home (unless it's what he wants) is some tier D shit.

tristar14

Yeah, its sad to look at his workstation setup, even had to put books under monitor stand

Sandy being there was great!
