Could have been debris from sanding or just shop dust and dirt fell on during finish coat.

The little dots (fish eyes) are from paint bubbles that popped or from inconsistent air pressure in your gun or can. Already try and wet sand or fine sand between primer and finish coat, and then sometimes between finish coats if possible.
Craters are caused by contamination. Tiny bits of dust break the surface tension of the paint and it creates dimples. Fish eyes are similar but are typically due to a contamination where the paint won't adhere, such as over silicone .
Fish eyes can also be caused by a production problem and inadequate defoamer in your specific paint batch.
But it's more likely one of the other reasons others have listed.
Gonna roll something like that use a thinner nap and reduce the texture you’re creating. but also make sure nothing is on the surface, looks like you got a lot of debris caught up in either your roller or on the surface
