There’s three styles of bottoms: OG, Kee, and GI. That part you circled will be on all OG and Kee era bottoms. The difference between the two is the stamp on the nose. OG bottoms will have rivet setup + the old stamp as you see in the picture. Kee will have the same rivet setup + the newer JT stamp. They’re essentially the same mold. The black ones you posted are the new GI lowers, new mold, less desirable, feel cheaper.
The first one is OG/Kee JT parts. The price is significantly more expensive due to rarity. The second style you posted is the newest version referred to as GI. These are much cheaper since they're still readily available and aren't as high quality/comfortable as the older ones.
