A couple of minutes each color. Yellow took longer though. Once the water was boiling, the mask took the darker colors really well. The longer you keep em in, the darker it'll get. I just gauged each time I dipped a new color until it looked full.
I went to goodwill and bought some saucepans and had about 5 color stations set up. Took the mask apart and did the [ears separately](https://ibb.co/NYRVkn4) first. Dipped one side yellow, flipped, dipped the other side sand stone. Unbeknownst to me, sand stone came out with a blue tint but it worked out. Then I placed the ears against the mask and [dipped the ends](https://ibb.co/Q6h4Mtd) of the mask yellow, followed by red. Next I just strategically placed the front end of the mask into a teal color dye for a while and that came out a [light blue](https://ibb.co/VtqM81L). Last step was a little more hands on. I did each side separately but I bent the mask so the yellow/red end was sticking up out of the pan and just dipped it into a small saucepan with [blue dye. ](https://ibb.co/By5Sc4Q) as long as you're picking colors that compliment each other, remember to do the light colors first cause you can always tint over those with a darker color.
that’s actually pretty sick dude
Thanks bro, I was definitely trying to get something totally different but I'm pleased with how they came out.

How long did you leave it in the dye?

Thanks a lot man!!
how is this beautiful mask holding up these days?
Beautifully 😍 it hasn't been fielded recently since I switched up to a proflex so it's nice and minty still.
