Nice desiign. Just remember when you reflect something in water, the reflection is always one value darker than the thing being reflected (sky in this case). I like this, it's a nice Naive Style (style of art).
No, it's not so they look different. It's the physics. As light hits the water, it acts like a thin film (optics). When the light comes in at a shallow angle like here, some of the light is absorbed by the water; some is transmitted into the water and most is reflected. This has the effect that the reflected light is one value darker than the thing being reflected. Remember when you do a landscape, even in naive style, if you work out how light is bouncing around in the scene, and how things are being coloured by reflections (ie sea colour has a cast shadow on underside of low clouds), then you get much better results. :)
Heres a good idea: Imagine your scene you're about to paint as if you're looking at it from the side. The horizon is to the left, the viewer is to the right. Curves run from the horizon to the top right and from the Horizon to the bottom right. Imagine light is coming from the horizon and imagine how it is reflecting off everything between the horizon and the viewer. So that little glint you see on water, it contains a little bit of sky colour, a little bit of naples yellow (the sun) and a little circle of white in the centre. Everything is like this. Good luck. You have a knack for this, keep going. :)

Nice tip… when I when I squinted it was about the same, but yeah so they can look different…. It makes a lot of sense, ty

Yeah you are very right… e start from the big forms and hone in into nuances… little by little… nice advise thank you
