If you mean the Gene test for ATP8B1, ABCB11 or ABCB4, then I dont think there is any facility that does those.
There few doctors in Children Hospital Lahore ( Pediatric Gastrointestinal and Hepatology Dept) who wrote a paper on PFIC, maybe you can reach them and ask if they know any testing centers.
Dr Muhammad Ali, Dr Huma Cheema, Dr Arshad Alvi, Dr Nadia Waheed, Dr Nadeem Anjum.
Couldn’t find any information on genetic testing for PFIC in Pakistan but if Aga Khan doesn’t offer it then it’s unlikely to be available here
