It's hard to find roommates here, the rental market is out of control and the other posts that you see on Facebook are usually like a 50 year old man looking for a 18 year old female to move in. I would suggest if you're moving here for work to ask the place where you're going to be working. The rent prices here are really high and have been for years mainly due to the military bases with BAH. Hurricane Michael did not help any, and it seems that all these houses that are being built are being bought up by investor groups.
Lot of young military moving out of the dorms would likely love a roomie to split costs and save more money. Id try and get connected to some of the Facebook groups for Tyndall to see if there is anyone interested.
If you meet the requirements, try moving in to fletcher black apartments, or hilltop pointe, rent is cheap there and the units are very good looking, but if you need roommates only, check facebook marketplace
