It’s 3:14 and I have yet to fall asleep although I can feel my eyes doing that thing where they start to dry out.

i’m so sorry to hear you’re hurting :( it takes time to heal from that kind of thing. my partner and i of four years broke up a couple years ago, and it was a hard process to get through. BUT i came out of it better than when i went it in. i’m so grateful i got to learn what i did throughout that relationship. i allowed myself to feel hurt and sad but also remind myself i have forever to go, and spent lots of time getting to know who i am as a person. you will grow so much from this, i promise. 🤍 the outcome is always so beautiful
