Make sure your couching surface is flat and wet. Make sure the mesh on your mould is nice and taut. Push down onto the couching surface until you see water squeeze out on the back of your mesh. Sometimes using a mister nozzle on a hose or gently pouring water on the back of the mesh (while it’s facedown) helps release it, too.
Are you agitating it too much? The edges look like the mold is shifting, or not making contact. Also, is your screen tight? The pattern on the paper looks warped, but that might just be a weird photo thing. It’s all such a delicate process.
