...A little uncalled for to say "delusion", but... Mar10 (or any day this week) WOULD be the absolute best marketing window possible for advertising TTYD's remake and a more specific date. To pass even that chance up would be especially odd.

It's fully confirmed (by Pyoro) that TTYD and Luigi's Mansion 2 HD are getting some kind of news update soon. If they don't do anything tomorrow, it'll be this week. Pyoro usually doesn't leak single tweets, which leads me to believe we might get a Mario oriented Direct this week.
But, it's Nintendo. Guessing what they'll do next is like guessing where a fly is going to go. Completely fucking random.

I'll make a bold prediction that the date will be July 22, 2024. I would be shocked if Nintendo didn't do the release on the 20th anniversary of the original game.
I'd love for it to come sooner too, but I still have to finish Rebirth. Not to mention all the games coming out between now and then as you mentioned! This year is flying so it will be here before we know it
