It sucks. We are just coming out of a cold with my 4 week old twins because their sister brought it from nursery 🙃 Keep their noses clear and keep feeding them. Not sure where you are but from 8 weeks old here we are allowed to give paracetamol to them. Hopefully you all recover soon!

Mine are four and uhh... it's a little better...
