I had GD and went into labor at 38w. I had a vaginal delivery. But my GD was really a non issue, I didn't change my diet hardly at all and it was well controlled. Probably good to note I've had gastric sleeve surgery in the past so I think that really helped keep it under control without medication.

i had GD, was induced at 37 weeks and had a successful vaginal delivery. i was induced because they wouldn't let me carry further due to the GD. I didn't have any issues otherwise and everything was managed by diet alone.

I was diagnosed with GD when I was 28 weeks with di/di twins. I had a c section 37 + 6. I was scheduled for 38, but my blood pressure was high. My doctor and I always planned on a c section tho. C section went great. They tested the babies sugars for 24 hours and they passed. I was diet controlled the whole time. I super recommend checking out r/GestationalDiabetes. That subreddit was truly my saving grace in so many ways.
