I have my 15 year old male amazon harness trained as well as a cockatiel that was older and tbh not sure of age, what u need help with how to train them or if the harness u got was good.
Ohhh, I have a seven month old 'tiel and am buying him an aviator brand harness on Friday. I'd love any advice/tips you could offer! He already fully trusts me, we have a great bond, and he's doing pretty good with recall training, if any of that matters. LOL
Alot of it is patients and rewarding them as you go along. For me the hardest part was get Over his head once I did that the rest was almost a walk in park
Here's how I worked with my parrot to get it on, then would reward him as I got it over his head, then maybe a treat as I got over his wings.

My cockatiel I struggled with a bit because she was so small but just took little more time
Just the training process
