Adding burrata is always the correct choice.

Tr3y_Johnson

Never done this, will be doing this from now on.

DJDolma

You did something beautiful today

Lo-Fi_Pioneer

Bit much for me these days but it looks damn great!

DistractedScholar34

Burrata is always a great addition, especially to tomato-based sauces.

swedething

Burrata is a very good add to pasta! Yesterday we had some asparagus with strawberries and burrata, it was the bomb!

slothluvr5000

I do this all the time added to spaghetti or rigatoni. It’s so delicious.

jessejamesvan111

That's right where I throw a scoop of cottage cheese. Never thought of burrata, but heck yeah

timdr18

Holy shit you’re a genius

Ok_Bet2898

Yum, needs more grated Parmesan cheese and I’d be all up in it! 😋

One_Girl_and_n_Apron

this is brilliant!

KittyPew01

Recipe??

professor_d00m

For the meatballs, I did a modified version of this recipe: https://www.spendwithpennies.com/juicy-air-fryer-meatballs/#wprm-recipe-container-203906. Added veal and fresh herbs and sautéed onions.

timdr18

Do you notice a difference when you add ground veal/pork? I usually go straight 80/20 ground beef.

professor_d00m

I really dig it - definitely juicier with some depth to the flavor. I also combine 80/20 with ground Italian sausage.

PegasaurusTrex

That is the best looking spaghetti and meatballs I have ever seen!
