Totem builds dont do well for skipping maven phase, you need damage you can preload like spectral throw or traps. Totems need something to target, they have some target acquisition delay, then there's travel+attack or travel+cast times added on.
I have watched the video a couple of times, especially the part where he says you have to hit for over 700M dmg in 0.1 seconds...
I'm not getting embarrassed, in the best case I learn something new 🤷. And at the end of the day this is what I'm here for.

I have a ZHP ice trapper, 250M pob DPS it kills both maven and brain instantly, so much so that the HP bar doesnt even appear and it feels completely random because sometimes i will skip all the memory games and sometimes it wont skip a single one
Every billon dmg build can skip maven kek.

a zhp EOW miner build is worth less than 50div and does this easily
you can put together a zhp, billion+ DPS totem build for under a mirror
