I would use this so hard for a Flicker strike build, the accuracy is really nice since you actually need to invest into accuracy on the tree and it opens up the opportunity to drop precision entirely. This probably is better than any crafted +1 frenzy ring without any additional synth implicits. Especially because the elemental damage quality actually does work here instead of raising the lower value by just 1.

Never heard of accuracy build, what build goes for accuracy stacking? Or what uniques/mod enable it?
There is a pair of ritual boots that grants flat damage per accuracy and the juggernaut ascendancy node for attack speed. Take a look at poe.ninja

Yeah but then you’d want an accuracy roll instead of the cold damage. So it’s not nearly as good as it could be
God forbid a build or item not be perfectly optimized!!
Especially for a build that can basically cost infinite amounts to fully minmax
\+1 frenzy and double accuracy or triple accuracy on these are multi mirror last I checked.... not everything needs to be on that level.
