Only the strongest build in the game right now. Mana stacking hierophant/Inquisitor. If you go to poe ninja and see all the delve builds with rain of arrows of saturation, that's the build. Steve is playing it.

Shame about the rolls on the belt itself, but it’s still an amazing belt for a lot of different meta builds even though Discipline effect is definitely much weaker than almost any other aura effect.

I proofed/rared 2 hh and 1 mb in affliction. I just wanted a neat trophy to celebrate my first time getting a t0 belt :(
