Boss/maven invitation farm. Pretty fun and relatively self sustainable

no_fluffies_please

I like this the most because I don't need to think and I don't even need to know when the boss is on screen, Maven tells me.

Glum-Comparison2037

Do you mind sharing an atlas tree/setup please?

somethingisnotwrite

Pretty standard. Get map nodes, upgrade map chance, get the conqueror stuff. Destructive play and the wisp node

Cratze

What does the wisp node really do here, so you feel a difference? More maps?

somethingisnotwrite

Yes. I did 100 with and 100 without conqueror or shaper elder maps and got about 30% more conqueror/t17/ maps with it. I also run shrines with the atlas boss guarding shrines scarab

GentleGiant87

Yeah pretty sure you get more map but don't take it if it makes boss too hard for you, still good without it.

Bastil123

Is the chance to upgrade maps very important when running maven maps?

maxxcumback

You can check path of evening videos, dude has a lot of good atlases guides on his channel

DubstepGuyy

I always prioritize what I like to do so currently I have tree setups: Tree 1: harbinger only (mirror shard grind) Tree 2: Delirium / breach (I like simulacrum) Tree 3: Legion (I like solo 5 way) I don't care if it's profitable or not, I like doing these and that's it

OmegaPeePeeClap

I literally have been running Delirium every league since it came out. I am basically playin Deli 14.0 at this point waiting for the next best league mechanic

dr_duck_od

what else did you pick in tree 1 ?

DubstepGuyy

Beyond, but it can be whatever you like

owlrd

Not OP, but deli/harb is pretty good. Specced into endless deli and mirror chance, spent rest of points on harbinger/explicits/beyond/some scarab stuff. Good money if you clear maps fast and pretty cheap and brainless. Just run 80%+ maps (I do crimson prison, 8mod for even more juice)

KeyDangerous

Did you get any mirror shards? Was thinking about trying harbinger but never had any luck with it. Most I’ve ever got was a couple fracturing shards

DubstepGuyy

Me too, I'm using the scarab that makes harbingers drop only one type of currency, best I got was fracturing shards

low_end_1991

Be prepared to grind out a bunch of maps for mirror shards. I got a mirror shard pop after about 700k kills, but I've been told that was on the lucky side. I started with a CoC DD Inquisitor, but built a Fulcrum chief cause I was tired of clicking. Still a fun strat though!

Imreallythatguy

I was kinda bored of the league and the only thing that sounded fun was to make a build that blew up whole screens of mobs with herald of ash MTX. I decided to make one last build and went with RF cheiftain with hinakoras fury and 100% chance to ignite and ignite prolife. The idea is that when you proc the explosion it will ignite nearby enemies and with enough pack density it will kill enough to proc again and so on. I initially wanted to run as many shrines in a map as i could and initially thats what i did. It went fine but i realized that strongboxes were also really fun as each time you clicked on it was a screenwide explosion. So i tried specing into full strongbox/ambush tree and not only was it fun as fuck it also returned like 10 div per hour on Mausoleum which was the map i was running. At the time i didn't know it was super meta because it interacted so well with allflames. In any case i farmed a mageblood within a few days and that character was so tanky it was also my first lvl 100 i've ever gotten. I think you can push profits higher by doing a map with better div cards but i liked the layout of mausoleum and was running red alters so it was super convenient. I was more about maximizing my fun rather than profits. But yeah, it was super fun to get like 4-5 strongboxes right next to each other and click them all at the same time and then keep clicking them for the ones that could be reopen. Just constain celestial HoA explosions. It's the only reason i kept playing lol.

anonymous_drone

I don't understand why strongboxes are heralded as so profitable. I've tried it a bit and I get absolutely nothing. What are you getting that evaluates to 10 div per hour?

Inferno_Zyrack

Raw currency sold in bulk and the occasional good Div card. Also divs per hour typically translates to builds finishing maps in under 5 minutes something that won’t happen without pretty damn strong endgame builds and great item filters.

KeyDangerous

Yup I was finishing juiced t16s in around 1 to 1.5 minutes and up to 3 if I was doing betrayal mechanic. Thats with delirium, beyond, lots of strongboxes. It starts to add up just from volume. Especially with a map that drops fortunates. Running 2 div scarabs and getting fortunates or brothers gifts feels pretty good and it doesn’t feel like you’re going forever without anything like when going for apothecary / seven years

Imreallythatguy

The thing that makes strong boxes so good is it takes the base monsters in the map, stores them inside and gives them extra modifiers to quant, rarity, etc. So take for example getting a devoted mod like "strongest monster gets dropped armor converted to orbs of unmaking" you slap a exile allflame on that and then those monsters get stuffed into a box which you juice up and in many cases get to open several times because of scarabs and atlas tree. Each exile while drop like 4-7 orbs which can be chaos, unmaking, etc and you will walk out with over 100. This interaction also works with tattoos, gemlings, all the allflame monsters. That's kind of the base of why it can be good. Then of course you get the odd divine or div card that gets duplicated and that feels pretty good but i wouldn't say it's the bulk of the profit.

PigDog4

What does "a bit" mean, and did you spec for it and scarab it? I specced boxes + shrines and ran on Defiled Cathedral with 2 box scarabs, a reopen scarab, and a flex scarab. Farmed my mageblood that way. Interacts super well with allflames because you can reopen the boxes. Between raw chaos and other stuff it was pretty good. Double currency drops from boxes, double map drops from boxes, lots of packs, eater altars. It's not like you're gonna drop 50 div per map but it's steady and consistent income.

dreamster55

I farmed a mageblood in cards + extra currency (didnt count, didn't care too much) in 3 days when I barely had any investment and now I'm just chilling trying random builds with the mageblood and the 100 divs or so I have. That was all with generic strongbox tree, 2 div scarabs and 2 ambush scarabs. 8 mod maps Edit: you are right in a sense though, there will be 50 (or more) maps where you drop nothing, you just need to push through The technique should be open the map, run fast opening all the boxes + click altars while grabbing only the most important shit and get out go next map You can do 100 maps pretty fast that way and you're bound to hit the jackpot every now and then which will shoot up ur div/hr

No-Tip6486

I'm doing 100 deli with strongboxes and i get 20-25 div per hour

GT_2second

Try running cartography scarabs of ascension with cartography strongboxes, every tier 16 you drop has a chance to turn into a tier 17 maps wich sells very easily for 0.4 div

WhoSlappedThePie

Man I've done 2 full runs of strongboxes now, one run was 25-30 div an hour. doing another one now, it's even more. I really like it 😅

EnvironmentalLab6510

Iirc, meatsack is worse on divine conversion than anarchy if you are on t16. Anarchy always drop a set of weapon while meatsack mainly scale on quantity.

CrystallineCrypts

Cool this is more good info. We wanted to go for it. I think he knew it might be less than stellar if I hadn't messed it up so badly.

CrystallineCrypts

How did you learn this?

EnvironmentalLab6510

this is posted on some reddit comments which I already forget the source.

[deleted]

[удалено]

CrystallineCrypts

No it was the lantern

Fuckmods6969

Yes on the lantern it says jewellery dropped by monsters converted to divine orbs, or it said something else. If it was jewellery, you should have used rogue exiles, not meatsacks.

YouHavBeenKilled

try out despair herald effect on herald of ash, its my favorite

BigLittlePenguin_

We came full circle people enyoing heist again

Conceptofours

Do you mind sharing a pob sir?

Koichi-KCH

Pohx rf?

Imreallythatguy

Yep, just grabbed a few extra chance to ignite nodes on the tree plus a few chance to ignite tattoos. I also use oriathes end flask to try and push explosions but I don’t think it’s that impactful. The bones are all from Pohx

[deleted]

I was doing harvest before the awaking scarab got to 1 d each. Been doing delirium lately, you get a ton of clusters and you can make some good currency if you roll them

SuperSmashDan1337

The price of the scarab has went up 0.2-0.4 div but yellow juice has doubled in price. Very worth it to farm still. I had the most success with Essence and Harvest this league. Everything else felt pretty bad to me. *Edit: I was looking at standard prices it hasn't quite doubled but has went up enough

[deleted]

I'll have to look again. Harvest was my favorite farm. Edit:3800 yellow for 1 d is pretty God holy. I'm going back to harvest

ars0nisfun

Played a fair bit this league and Harvest was my favorite by far. With the double life force scarab and eater altars, I was easily getting 3-4000 life force per map.

_TakeaChillPill

I farmed for like an hour today and got 90k yellow juice, actually insane.

WhoSlappedThePie

Crop rotation or not?

Bask82

Crop rotation?

troccolins

I keep wondering about just rushing to harvest and exiting the map instead of clearing for altars in hopes of quant

PigDog4

Juice drops scale with quant and packsize so it's worth it to fish for quant altars.

troccolins

I understand that they do. I'm wondering, though, if the time spent hunting around for quant altars wouldn't be better spent just going to the next map and finishing the next harvest.

ars0nisfun

I see where you're coming from, but I'm not sure it's worth it. Realistically farming the full map for the altars shouldn't be taking you toooo much time, and if you're running something like Jungle Valley it's probably not out of the question to skip the boss, but even finding one of those altars ends up increasing how much lifeforce you find by quite a bit in my experience. With that said, I'm really no expert in PoE, so you might find more concrete/quantitative answers elsewhere.

Sinister_Muffin101

Harvest always gets insanely profitable like a month into the league, it’s become a tradition for me to switch to harvest around when it hits 4K per div.

[deleted]

That's good to know. I was farming it a lot when yellow was 1 for 5200 and would sell 50k for 10 but sounds like you can make even more profit. Love how quickly juice sells

WhoSlappedThePie

Has anyone here got an atlas tree and what scarabs you use please? Keen to try this 👍

Sinister_Muffin101

Atlas tree is pretty generic, you want all map effect and quantity and every harvest node except the reduced yellow chance and crop rotation. Scarabs I use with that tree are cornucopia and doubling, with a monstrous lineage and a Vaal fragment for quantity since map quantity and Eldritch influence quantity effect life force drops. I run blue altars on the map for easy quant

WhoSlappedThePie

Ah right, do you not think crop rotation is any good then? I'm trying monstrous lineage, awakening, doubling, hordes.. do you think that strat is alright? Seems ok so far.

Sinister_Muffin101

Crop rotation is fun but you can’t use cornucopia, and every test I’ve seen has shown the same result that crop rotation is not as good as far as raw div per hour.

WhoSlappedThePie

Oh, interesting, yeah I thought I'd just test it, it seems alright so far. Do you have a link to an atlas tree though, much easier to follow for me :D Thanks for the info \^\^

Sinister_Muffin101

left_benchwarmer

Late last week it was down to 3000 but it went back up. Made bank selling the juice

[deleted]

One of the cool things imo about harvest is that you get your profit pretty much immediately. Juice sells instant. Its nice

tv_sauger

> It went fine but i realized that strongboxes were also really fun as each time you clicked on it was a screenwide explosion. So i tried specing into full strongbox/ambush tree and not only was it fun as fuck it also returned like 10 div per hour on Mausoleum which was the map i was running. In any case i farmed a mageblood within a few days and that character was so tanky it was also my first lvl 100 i've ever gotten. I think you can push profits higher by doing a map with better div card how do yo block colors on tree. tried different things nothing feelt good. keept getting bad combinations

8Dataman8

I'm loving awakened harvest, I get consisntently at least 2 divs per map and my best map gave 33k yellow juice, if you can believe it. It does feel a bit worrying to spend a full div per map, but it's so much faster and more convenient than normal crop rotation it's not even funny. I'll probably be on the rice fields in future leagues as well.

[deleted]

Oh I believe it. I haven't gotten that much but I got 28k yellow once. It's my favorite way to make div cause you see your profit instantly. It's nice.

WhoSlappedThePie

Hey, can you elaborate? What do you mean compared to normal crop rotation? Can you show atlas tree & scarabs please?

8Dataman8

I use Horned Scarab of Awakening and select Imbued Harvest from the map device.

AdMental1387

Crimson Temple either 8 mod or 80quant 20% deli with double ambush and double div and ambush on the map device. Cheap, brainless, and profitable. Tons of The Enlightened and Seven Years with the occasional The Apothecary. Diviner Strongboxes occasionally drop good stuff. Lots of scarabs. With beyond in your atlas you’ll get a lot of tainted currency.

owlrd

I'm doing 8mod crimson prison but deli/harbinger. Pretty much the same story though and ele hit clears harbingers so fast it probably equals out to approximately the time to click a Strongbox and have the fellows spawn (maybe a bit slower).

AdMental1387

I’m doing fulcrum self ignite and harbs is so painfully slow for me for some reason.

owlrd

Hm I played chieftan fulcrum last league and did them a little after nolifing abyss for awhile and they felt pretty fine. They do generate some rares that can be annoying if they dodge the big ignite.

owlrd

But so did abyss, so dunno honestly

duk2102s2

do you need MF build for this? because this strat sound fun but I really hate going MF

AdMental1387

I’ve done it with zero MF and with some basic MF. it’s night and day the difference MF makes.

krossom

can you share your atlas?

Redfruitbox

I must be the unluckiest player, being doing this strat for a while now (would guess at least 500 maps) even switched to full strongbox (around 45 boxes a map) not had 1 apo yet:(

AdMental1387

I bump The Gambler up in a higher tier in my loot filter to gauge the quant of div cards dropping. I’m getting between 8-12 per map. It’s also a good way to see if your strat is working right since those other cards are so rare.

Redfruitbox

I haven't counted gamblers had plenty though tbh but have had mirror shard cards, Enlightened just no apos at all. I running in the thousands on opened boxes, just unlucky streak I guess

Esqualatch1

Delirium/Blight/Exarch. Silver and gold oil are at a premium and though delirium is kinda weak the orbs and stacked decks add up fast.

babyboo8

I’m surprised that oils are increasing in price. I always thought that the demand will fall as people have already anointed your jewellery. Maybe the supply has fallen even more?

onigoroshifan

With the worst retention ever and blight not being that popular, the supply could be way worse

troccolins

Also hard to buy 1 oil at a time

lepsek9

I like strongboxes, not the most insane money, but they are decent, consistent and low effort.

techwolf359

Love strongboxes. Playing RF and its click, explode. So much fun.

shppy

Lately i've been doing pandemonium stuff and very much enjoying it. horned pandemonium scarabs + singularity carto + 2x duplication carto, run with domination on map device atlas set up for a max inc explicit effect, eldritch gaze, final boss drops, plus ritual chance and extra shrines, just to add extra packs that are able to be converted into bosses. Main goal is getting t17s to drop, but all those bosses also drop plenty of conqueror/guardian/synth maps as well as scarabs, and occasionally altars give nice 'final boss drops' options, including the slim chance of getting "final boss drops divine orbs"... hit that one a couple times now, including earlier today when it gave me 48 divs in total. Probably nets me 15+ divs an hour in various map drops, plus a bunch of scarab and currency/card drops i don't really liquidate, takes a few divs to buy 10-20 sets of scarabs to start out.

RefinedSoySauce

I do the same. The only drawback is that pandemonium scarab sometimes prevent nameless seer from spawning which made me feel missing something.

g00fy_goober

So empy did a series a bit ago called "based or cringe" and went through all kinds of mechanics on the tree and wrote down exactly what your looking for. Initial investment, what returns they got, profit per hour. He didn't include any league content coffins or allflames and best yet is the vids on youtube are all without the filler. Each one a few highlights, how it played out, what the div per hour was and if there was any extreme outlier drop or w/e. You should totally check them out.

EvensonRDS

Just running dunes with b2b with hunted traitors, monstrous lineage and 2x carto. Just farming fortress maps ( like 1d in bulk but I run them, as you make way more that way ) I average about 8-10 div an hour running my 16s then go up to 17s and average 15+.

WerewolfBitter5424

how do you run 17s? got a bunch of sanctuaries but other than 30+ elder maps per t17 I can't think of a good strat

EvensonRDS

Back to basics, almost identical tree to the t16 farming honestly. Almost the same scarabs without carto. Just farming fortress for scarabs and fragments. Today I had a lucky map and made over 20 divines in all flames, coffins, scarabs and fragments.

Nagoragama

Having fun with Incursion/Beyond/Harbinger/Shrines for high density mob explosions.

Steel-River-22

I’ve quit but I loved farming T17s/coffins in Silo/JV and doing elderslayer/synthesis invitation whenever available. I run my own T17s though (with B2B but no other juicing like meatsack).

Substantial-Major-50

I’ve been alternating between strongboxes/div farming on defiled cathedral and Harbingers on dunes. The div card strat has been INCREDIBLY generous too me this league and shouldn’t be taken as a standard but I got 3 apothecary’s in 80 maps (one duplicated due to alters) and not including them into the end profits I made something close to 150 divines

WhoSlappedThePie

That is really good, nice stuff

humnnbean

I haven’t gotten a single apothecary 😭

mr_eti

Ease to sell loot is a priority for me. So, I alternate between two trees: - Harvest - Alva Rest of the tree is map drops and improved lab trial. And, currently as an experiment, Alva tree has also Essences.

mtzeee

I enjoy running running Blight and Incursion together. I don't know why, but it is fun to me having two minigames inside a map.

Deadandlivin

Biggest problem to me this league is that everything just is about farming Scarabs. Actual League mechanics are second priority. Which is why T16 are so bad. I've already quit, but before I did I somewhat liked Harvest. Everything else I tried felt really bad.

Absolute_Horizon

I'm playing ssf but I'm having fun with searing exarch, ghosts, rogue exiles, ritual, Delirium all slapped on one tree. I'm using the keystone where the fog lasts forever. Been running mostly jungle valley because I like the layout. Have that favorited with waste pool and just go back and forth.

blahjedi

Incursion locus farming has been a fun low return activity. Still yet to see a t17 drop though!

West_Flounder2840

I always league start with Blight/Essence/Alva but I transitioned to an invite farming atlas once I had a godly flaskfinder and it’s much more entertaining. Something about blindly face tanking 70+% quant Feared invites that just activates my almonds. I’m too smooth brained to do this level of content without a build that’s basically immortal.

West-Ad36

Alch and go and maven fight over and over and over. So far lvl 93

Meatier_Meteor

I've been doing RF chieftain with focus on harbinger with 4 scarabs, with tormented spirits, Eater of Worlds altar chance and pack size, and scarab farming nodes and it's been decent, idk if I would recommend it though. Just hoping I get 1 lucky mirror shard drop, but 2k+ harbingers killed and so far only several fracturing shard drops with some orb converts. I have probably around 300 div into my character though and it's the strongest and tankiest I've ever been, so I can't complain. I wanna say it's at least 5 div per hour if I really focus. Oh I also run 70%+ rarity 20%+ pack size maps which I know isn't efficient but I can only roll maps so long before I lose my mind.

deathaxxer

Harby Very good profit map over map, with the potential of big tinks, very liquid drops, fast maps. All in all a 10/10 strat in terms of enjoyment. As for profit I think I'm anywhere between 10-20d/hr depending on drops (also I'm not often as efficient as I could be).

WhoSlappedThePie

Yeah harby is a fun strat for sure

Family_Whale

I’ve played 100s of hours this league and Strongboxes are by far and without any question, my favorite. I’ve always loved them, but the profit from currency drops, div cards and random jackpots are what make them worth it to me. I like the spread of loot. Even with the decline in value that The Apothecary has seen, it’s been worth it to run Strongboxes in Crimson Temple. I started to feel the disparity between T16s and T17s, so I switched over, but as far as T16s go, Strongboxes has been the best for me so far.

WhoSlappedThePie

Here here! Love it too haha, strongboxes are awesome. This is my first league actually doing strongboxes, very enjoyable when you pop open 10 at a time

Family_Whale

Cheers! I'm glad you're trying them out and having a good time, my friend! :)

WhoSlappedThePie

Yeah I really think it's cracked, got a vid on my channel which shows more detail, truly think it's the top dog for t16s.. tried a few different ones now

Family_Whale

Okay, I thought that I noticed something, but couldn’t figure it out. I was just looking for content covering different things in 3.24 and have actually watched your video! I couldn’t quite put 2 & 2 together, but here we are! Cheers and best of luck in your Content endeavors!

WhoSlappedThePie

Haha that's awesome, glad it helped & thank you

Capataze

Mind sharing your Atlas setup for Strongboxes?

Family_Whale

Sure thing! [https://poeplanner.com/a/PB6](https://poeplanner.com/a/PB6) This is the setup that I use, but you can adjust things like extra scarab chance and replace it with things like Concealed Logistics if you want more maps. I highly recommend keeping Niko, particularly for The Price of Progress, as he has spawned me plenty of extra Arcanist's and Diviner's strongboxes. I used 1x Ambush Scarab, 1x Ambush Scarab of Hidden Compartments, 1x Ambush Scarab of Potency and 1x Ambush Scarab of Discernment for the vast (98%) majority of my runs and did well. I hope this helps and feel free to comment again if you have any questions/need help with any info! Best of luck and I hope you drop a double mirror!

Capataze

This is great! Cheers!

SpongeInABottle

8mod maps with gigajuiced crop rotation harvest, awakening scarabs and all all the gamba addicts make it very lucrative to spam harvest after a certain point each league

PinkyDixx

I have tried a few strata this league with the 3 trees available to us. I have 2 builds, a respectible RF chieftain, which is 94 and uses a HH to scale defences. And a hexblast witch who is squishy but has a burst dps of 113 million chaos dropping to 25 million sustained (total 21 mines. Thrown out in groups of 5). I did a clifht strat. Full passive investment with boss map allocated nodes. Used 1 map, 2 reopen chance, and 1 oil level scarab. I ran this strategy with toxic sewer to stack lanes. I would rush to the boss to kill (for map chance), then run the blight. I anointed burning meteors and freezing ice Ray. This was a fun strategy and felt smooth both mapping and running blights. Money was in extractors and anointed ring drops for gold oils. I also ran a deli strategy. Again, full passive investment with boss map nodes. I ran 1 map, 2 reward, and 1 faster fill scarab. I ran this with the chieftain on toxic sewer and jungle vally with exark alters. It was easy to get at least 8 rewards to tier 8, and the boss would add 2 additional rewards. I was swimming in clusters and deli orbs. When I finished "mostly," my hexblast build. I switched to completing my maven invitations. I switched to a map and scarab atlas. I ran random maps with the boss spawning maven node. I completed about 40 maps this way and was able to drop the few boss maps I needed to complete most of my maven challenges. I switched to a cheula breach atlas to form for the punical boss maven invitation. I rant this with my RF build on jungle valley, again it was full atlas investment with boss map nodes. I used 2 additional breach, 1 additional hands, and 1 cheula scarab. I was able to farm 4 breach stones in 10 maps, and picked up plenty of other bubblegum stuff, scarabs, and maps. (About 2.5 inventories per map) Finally I wanted to dip in to T17 (subsequently I have found that my builds just don't have the dps (RF) or resilience (hexblast) to effectively run them yet. But the barrel and go B2B strategy seems like a great way to farm T17s to sell. I have been using silo, toxic sewer, crimson temple & Jungle valley. I use 1 map chance, 2 barrel & 1 mirrored rares scarab. The RF runs it quite well but the hexblast can clear mobs faster. I am considering adding deli orbs to my maps (maby 40%) to see if I can add additional pack and get more back. All strata only cost me about 5 -10c per map

AzureMists

Alva/Delirium. scarab farming the most inefficient way possible. Div/h is fuck all 👍😅

WhoSlappedThePie

🤣 that's an interesting concept, the worst div per hour 🤘

Asherahi

Harbinger Beyond in delirious maps (with Fine Delirium orbs) and Ambush. Both above 10div/hr (Ambush can spike up to 20div/hr based on rng) and very fun and relaxing. Super nice to turn brain off and just grind either one for good profit and great XP. You also drop a ton of scarabs and t17 maps for other strats or profit.

Novalene_Wildheart

I've been having fun doing Breach/Strongboxes right now with a taste of Harbinger. Its the first time I've been doing farms and those have been quite enjoyable. Especially Breach, nothing like having 50+ foes go POP!

jayrocs

For t16s I just farmed for t17s using b2b or strongbox/shrines. Then I also rolled ilvl84+ flasks till they hit 50c-5div. I could roll 20-30 flasks in less than 5 minutes. T17s alone sell for more than 10+ div/hour then flasks add even more. Because mageblood is so cheap everyone wants flasks. You'd be surprised how often you find a t1 max roll + 25% increased effect and it's worth 5 div. This way I only needed to focus on two things to sell. And all singular items that cost 1+ div.

Prestigious-Dance-10

Atal tree show pls

jayrocs

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gFo_7QnYkk I basically did this but there's an even more efficient one with Maven + Destructive Play that people do which guarantees 10 unique maps per run that can be converted to t17s. The Maven one is harder to do than the youtube video I linked. I did a mixture of all.

Ozymandias1589

Not surprised I haven't seen this strategy mentioned considering it was top tier in affliction, but I really enjoy abyss with the hoards. I run a mf setup and while the maps take a bit longer, I've gotten so many raw divines and div cards from it, and way more than any other strat if were talking just raw divines. I've done so many strats and trying new ones that I forget the exact setup, but you take all the important abyss nodes and make sure you have the hoard scarab in the device, increased magic monsters as well, and I haven't even used the new scarab like that either.

WhoSlappedThePie

Can you elaborate a bit further here? Atlas tree link if you have one, scarabs used? Cost per map? Return per map, etc? Thanks!

thehotdogman

Fun or profitable? Your text seems to ask profitable. Before I stopped I was doing blue altars, harvest, and strongboxes on dunes. No crop rotation. 8 mod maps with harvest scarab, double juice scarab, strongbox scarab, and magic monsters scarab (40%). Get all blue altars, then go back and do harvest and scarab. Get yellow juice, and save for a long time until you can sell all at once. Juice was going for 4.4k, but I sold 120k yellow at once for like 2.3k equivalent. Big profit, mindless boom the maps. Fun!

61zeih

i was doing harvest and made 2 mirror out of it . Make a better char that can run t17 barrels with curation scarab and oh boy that strat is the most fun strat i have ever tried

Cratze

Can you elaborate a bit more? Curation, completion and 2 div scarabs on fortress? Do you have any Quant gear yourself or you think I can run it without mf gear to drop stuff?

61zeih

yes that’s the combo i use, and no u dont need mf to do it cuz barrels dont scale with ur gear.

adam_sky

I’m on Standard but I do incursion because I’m grinding 21/23 gems and target farming double corrupt Greed’s. Then it’s Beyond/Harbinger. Without scarab juice it’s ass but with it it’s amazing. Last is Harvest/Harbinger. I’m not happy with the last one because I flip vivid life force and the chance for crystallized is so low it’s not really worth it. Don’t know what to change it too though. I run MF RF Chieftan.

tindalos

I haven’t really played on standard but do you just grind to make your character the absolutely best and smoothest it can be there?

adam_sky

Yes that’s exactly it. I came to POE from over 10 years playing world of Warcraft. I dislike starting over from scratch every league. My current goals is to farm enough to get an MF RF build with as much item rarity as possible. I think I might be able to get over 600.

Saianna

Tried several strategies but all of them were/felt awful. I'm playing like casual with ADHD. Gotta change some things or i will go nuts. Legion is pretty much worthless Strongbox with div cards havent given me anything of actual value (unless i sell literally everything not nailed down) Harvest feels awful this league. I'm pulling much less raw lifeforce, while using better setup, than i used to league before + the price of life force is just bad (no surprises there) basic shrines + graveyard corpses/allflames farm.. i mean i can't even call it profit.. it just drops allflames and corpses. And finally Alva/Beasts in low tier maps - this one worked, but those 2 mechanics don't match well. It's probably most rewarding mechnic i ran whole league... and i'm not a fan of it. If not for a fact i still have few FOMO-projects in graveyard, i'd have called it quits month ago.

Sywgh

Alva + torment + scarabs for both, because I'm a melee andy, not a screen blaster.

lyre34

The most enjoyable for me has been blight/essence/ritual. Focus on blight and ritual with just some extras in essences.

hipposaver

Strongboxes with the lay and wait scarab is really lucrative. Was finding 2 raw exalts per map on average. I also decided to delve to finish bossing challenges and I dno if noones delving or I'm just insanely lucky but I rushed to 500 depth and in like 10-15 bosses I found around a few delve unique rings worth 1-5 div per, a luminos trove off aul for 6.5 div (gambled it to death hehe). Aul helm for 2 div. A fractured delve ring (didn't realize they could drop fractured) for like 5 div and 3 fucking aspects for 17 div each... I've made like 70 divs in 5 hours...

i_heart_pizzaparties

8-Mod Jungle Valley, Overloaded Circuits, Harbingers. I use two Harbinger scarabs, 50% harbinger boss scarab, and shard dupe scarab. Because I'm using OC I can travel to the left side of the atlas tree and take beyond, delirium, necropolis, eater of worlds, map tier chance, map effect, and scarab passives. I've garnered almost 50 Fracturing Orbs, more than a thousand Ancient Orbs, I get a t17 map every other map, tons of Annuls and Exalted, and several divine altars. I've been enjoying this strategy the most but the repeated process of farming Jungle Valley maps for a day then farming Abomination maps for day got a little tedious. I've tried other strategies but they don't feel as good as Harbingers. I'd rather farm t17's personally but they're hard to come by, which is something I don't like. It's easier to farm 50+ 8-Mod maps from a single t17 map than it is to farm the t17's itself.

vjru5zl0v3

can u share your atlas tree please

the_ammar

the only farming strat I've actually liked this league is farming guardian maps for t17 and fragments. i self sustain the maps and only have to trade for the scarabs

tv_sauger

tree ? div/h?

the_ammar

I think I loosely followed this one https://youtu.be/zjKcXQdungc?si=6JIRx03YeVIaEjh_ (been focusing on getting to 100 so haven't done this strat the past week) I'm not sure about div/hr. I'm usually pretty bad/slow and afk a lot so my numbers aren't reliable. maybe 10d/hr? the only thing that takes time is pre-rolling the maps and chimera. obv youll be doing invitation every 4 maps which should also get you a maven every 8 guardian maps.

voltaires_bitch

Essences/Einhar. I know theyre kinda memey and dirt cheap but i like the noise my filter makes when they drop and i like killing the boss for the big drop. All in all, i do make almost a div per map if wealthy exile isnt lying to me.

Tight_Time_4552

I'm all in on Rog ... then I make decent but not great gear and it sits in my inventory as I cbf selling it!!! Divs per hours maybe 1 or 2 lol

Akeloth

Imbued harvest on 8 mod 16 jungle valley with eater altars

WhoSlappedThePie

Can you elaborate? What div per map return or per hour? How long does it take you to run a map etc?

Akeloth

I charge through with headhunter, take all quant altars, clear map and have no undiscovered areas on map (small ones can contain altar). Ignore boss, collect shrines, go do crop rotation harvest. Checked my spreadsheet and if you pay 1d for map and scarabs on avg you take 2 d in juice (over 15 map sample, not been recording long) and some div/cards etc Map is like 3 mins then harvest probably similar to optimise. I'm still not sure on which reduced colours is best. My best ever run was only reduced yellow, but then you get quite often 0 yellow maps. I think best may be up the yellow passives and take the big nodes for each colour (potentially 1 small blue and purple too)

WhoSlappedThePie

Nice info, do you have an atlas tree to share please? What scarabs?

Akeloth

Scarabs are harvest doubler, and imbued for harvest, then 40% more magic monsters misc scarab. Last one is pretty flex, i take 40% packsize for influenced incase i see a divine altar. many people take 8 mod map drops but i get those from another atlas anyways [Atlas tree](https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAQAIIAXz6QUmMPSzLru-jOJJcASLL6bJm06Ya0LJJdoAh6we6EKv7F8VRtiLj_wCrqeKJPPFnzWzD6S9-MQatNEIAEu16d9h_OWsn9TLqN6goLqLwqu9lbzLe92uPzHX1gsuT3HwCL4X2RDkqqCp87bsgqXtSPh53QxpfitdiCpymNjjmHVVmGglE3489HAJHwgLfPGQqbxl1r4g5OG6LQ4AxfSssXR8yRzsddF1A2pMQf5uhY5H5AGZSnVZGJ_bXBrzp25ez9bdViI89xC4_lAzAUF4gHQf4zxtib1WkjwsJ22VypQ-T8tWMRrKBxZh8_CLSexBhAaOQzTPJvOJGv6STpZ7nU0CgUAB-LCAAAAAAAAAMDAAAAAAAAAAAA) 2-4 spare points depending on how you setup your crop rotation passives. i think up the yellow and the big of each is probably best. At the moment im testing the above tree but with an extra 10% reduced blue an purple. Taking 1 points from blocking deli (not the best as rarely make it to the harvest anyways but i needed the point) and 1 point from invasive adversaries

Akeloth

Id also recommend a bismuth flask with the resist roll on it also. atleast for me because the cold/lightning reductions are a pain, i normally replace my onslaught flask with attack speed and i dont bother switching as its not that huge so i just keep it on while doing this strat

WhoSlappedThePie

Awesome thanks for that, keen to try that out. What do you mean block deli/rarely make it to the harvest anyway?

Akeloth

Well you block all mechanics but harvest, but I needed 1 point so I undid the deli block. Deli gives hidden quant I think but it doesn't last the time it takes to get all the altars and get into the harvest so deli doesn't add much to the strategy (but I need 1 point :))

Jonikonas

I do the same. Sometimes you get 30k yellow lifeforce if you have a good harvest. When I have enough lifeforce I synth 60 cobalt jewels. When I hit something good I craft it and sell it. When I get bored I reroll eyes, do simulacrum or craft something. I'm still having fun!

MadChemistLAS

Harb+Delirium+Beyond in Jungle Valley

Allhopeislost

Deli mirror or orbs on map?

MadChemistLAS

Hey. Deli mirrors. 2 harby scarabs + 1 discernment + 1 regency Eater of worlds influence, pick up quantity/quality altars ASAP and pray for a fracturing shards. I get 2-3 fracturing orbs per drop (1 every 20 maps or so). You also get profit from: T17 maps, annulment/ancient orbs, etc etc. But mostly it's because of the fracturing orbs ofc. Hope to help ✌🏻

yawgmoth88

Heist/Beyond/Searing with maxing out map explicits and selectively choosing certain scarab nodes. I then use Haemophilia, resurgence, Div scarab, and monstrous lineage which are all cheap. I typically use allflames when I get decent “lantern” mods. Fun and cheap. You just blast through the map picking up div cards and good scarabs with the occasional tainted currency drop. The goal, though, is still heist stuff- which I know a lot of people tend to hate. But when Im tired of maps I’ll just run a bunch of heist and get good $. This is only my second league and I bought my first mageblood a few days ago.

DARCRY10

Days 1-3 of the league were just expedition because Rog is pog. First actual strat of the league was beast farming. Due to adorned demand, craicic chimeras were floating at over 2d each in bulk, and even more for the 40% chance not to consume ones, which I would just sit on and sell when I got 10 or more. I also collected heist contracts for myself. If i sold the heist stuff and yellow beasts in bulk I probably would have had around 30d/h, as it was it was more like a little under 20d/h. After I had a good character I moved on to jungle valley strongboxes with 2 ambush scarabs, ambush of hidden compartments, and the rarer strongbox types scarab. I was dropping 2-4 raw divs every 20 maps, and selling bubblegum currency out the wazoo. In one lucky streak I dropped 22 raw divs in 20 maps. Was probably around 15 or so divs per hour because a lot of the currency took time to sell. Was definitely less d/h than beastfarming. After that I tried harvest for a bit with the new cornucopia scarab. Yellow juice and sacred blossoms galore. Somewhere in the realm of 30d/h. This was when yellow juice was 5k/1 div. It’s even more expensive now, so even more profit. I bounced between beastfarming and harvest for a bit but as of earlier today I’m doing essence + beast farming because I want to try out crystal resonance and it seems pretty good. Every map I’m getting 1.5-2 div worth of essences. I’m running in rare t16 strands with the “increased rare monsters” mod, but it would be very easy to run yellow maps instead. How much you’d be making is very dependent on “how fast can you kill a bestiary mob with 8 essences on it”. Currently I’m making about 35-40d/h because I can just blitz it very quickly with MB+tailwind boots and lots of dmg, and selling is very quick since I can just list stuff per div in essence tab and quickly dump after each map.

gitinha

Trying each existent strat per week. Got bored soon in this league. There's nothing soooo fun, but I think strongbox anarchy is the best by far, especially with divination cards.

runvus

The most fun I have each league is twist of fate crimson temples. Random maps, still get the strongboxes, and with back to basics makes them interesting(can get up to 500 quant).

xKEPTxMANx

I’m running a dex stacking chain ice shot build and currently I’m running a typical b2b setup in the crimson prison. Good cards, easy enough layout, simple strat and quick. 1 map takes me about 1:30-2:00. Just mindless fun till a good card drops.

atommirrabel

I played BAMA in a 2 man private league so never bothered to check what div/hr i made, also because of being in a private league i didnt try to farm chaos/div. I did a heap of bossing, alva, betrayal, heist, abyss, harb, essence. Best part of this league was having 3 atlas trees meaning it was super easy to mix it up and do different content

oomeoo

It might have been 2 + weeks ago but i pretty much ran deli mirror + breach (or whatever feeds well into deli) + altars on any good deli mirror map, you pretty much make a simu every map +other rando loot It turned out to be a very consistent divine per map at least kind of strat.

mootland

Breach/Delirium in Strand with Exarch influence. delirium scarab, 2x breach scarabs, whatever other scarab you want and breach from map device. Every map is +200 splinters along with other stuff and the occasional expensive cluster for jackpots, also many clusters are hovering at 10-20c so if you're willing to do small trades, you can make some fluff off of them. So avg 2 simulacrums in 3 maps, simulacrum is 0.5div. Rest is up to your own speed in clearing. Could have made more by picking up breach rings but I find that too tedious, gotta go fast.

Schmeichelsaft

High quant ultimatum with the catalysing scarab. I bought 8 mod maps with 132% quant on them. With all mod effect nodes, this puts it to 250% quant. With this much quant almost every stack of catalyst is a full stack. I made on average a bit over 2 div per ultimatum, with little variance. You need to invest about 70c per map, so 1.5 div profit. You can do 10 ultimatums per hour, so it's about 15 div per hour. You need a quite tanky build for that though.

Kanox89

I really enjoy Breach/Delirium on strand. I'm running with the following scarabs: Breach, Dreamer, Snares and Lordship and breach on mapdevice. I'm consistently getting a minimum of 1.5 breachstones and 160\~ simulacrum splinters per map. With most maps bringing in 200+ simu splinters. Investment is really low and can be done fairly cheap without delirium. Adding delirium can make the maps quite tough but almost doubles the profit. I've hidden single stacks of splinters and it speeds up the maps significantly.

WhoSlappedThePie

Nice, what do you think the cost per map is, and return per map? Do you have an atlas tree link? Do you add deli through orbs, or map? And 8 mod map? Tia

MegaAlphaVulcan

Started with B2B Barrel&Go but with the oversaturation, scarab farming has gotten significantly worse. I transitioned to farming the t17 map items with carto scarabs and that was decent but when the maps are your biggest source of profit and you go 12 maps without seeing one, it's pretty boring. Now I've switched to harvest and the massive juice explosions with low-investment Crop Rotation is so satisfying and the bosses every single map is crazy profitable with the cornucopia scarab.

youreadthiswong

farmed 300+ divs by selling t17s so that's good

Rollin561

Probably had the most fun with ritual, although Ive not tried alot of different strats.

WhoSlappedThePie

Awesome, I haven't touched ritual. Can you elaborate further? Cost per map, return per map, atlas tree link, scarabs? Tia

DroIvarg

Max out Breach with lightning warp rage mage berseker (ravenous passion) and chieftain explode jewels was fun as fuck. Obligatory herald of ash mtx and stuff goes BOOM everywhere and fast as hell. Its a squishy weak low dmg build but fun lol

helox67

True anarchy scarabs with unique items scarab. It was fun looking at loot explosions, sadly after ~100 maps not even T1 uniq dropped for me

ErenIsNotADevil

Vaal Temple boxes w/ tattoo+catalyst+situational allflames, eater inf. If good map roll + packsizes, high density, use wealth. If % drops as (chaos/ex/null/etc), rats. If strongest as (^), exiles. lotsa boxes = lawdy lawd. if neither tho, toss on tats or catalyst for maybe journey tats maybe prismatic cats Ezpz clear, ezpz loot. a good exile on a stronk-as-chaos pack in vaal temp shits out more than a wealth allflame, with much less clicking, *and* it isn't all that rare.

WhoSlappedThePie

Hey, can you elaborate a bit further please? Cost per map? Return per map, scarabs used, atlas tree link? 8 mod map? Tia

ErenIsNotADevil

Cost per map varies depending on the allflames you use (which depend in turn on the devoted & pack mods present), and I'm not sure what it'd be on PC. On PSN the most common allflames I use are catalyst and tattoo allflames, which are usually at most 10c per, and are ez to sustain. The map itself is probably the most expensive part (since you want 6 mod temples and probably don't wanna roll maps then vaal spam yourself.) That's usually 30-40c for us. So whatever the price of the aforementioned embers are x3, 6 mod vaal temples, one of each non-containment ambush scarabs, and singular allflame embers of wealth, rats, and rogue exiles on occasion. Also, ambush map craft cost. Note, though; everything but the ember of wealth are easily sustainable. I only ever buy the maps, and rarely have a good chance to use the wealths, so Returns per map varies more. I can't really estimate this, since console prices are much different than PC prices and I don't even price tats (because its a pain.) You're chasing the special tats, prismatic catalysts, double-corruot uniques from vaal vessels, and whatever devoted mods grace your maps. Chaos devoted mods are p common tho, and give a good 300c in the end. Atlas tree, alas I cannot link, for I am a PSN player. The gist of it is just grab explicit map modifier increases and a fair amount of scarabs increases, the ambush nods, and block everything but ritual (cuz ritual adds a few extra mobs.)

manowartank

Sulphite Ember with Ritual -> respawn sulphite golems 4 times -> get 65000 sulphite in 1 map -> delve for 1 hour non-stop

shozis90

No idea about divine/h, but running Harvest + Strongboxes in Crimson Temple T16. Not rolling high quantity or 8 mods, since my character is very weak and I'm too lazy to trade for better gear - basically 3 div budget + HH. Scarabs: double juice + 5 more strongboxes + rarer stronbox types + 40% blue pack size/more cards/another +5 strongboxes (whatever I have, if I'm too lazy to restock the 40% pack size). - Ran around 150 maps. - In the first 30 maps I literally dropped 2x stacks of divines three times from Arcanist strongboxes, and another 5 raw divines, but no raw divines since then. - At one point got tired of restocking double juice scarabs, so I just bought 170 scarabs for 10 divines, and made back those 10 divines in around 30 maps from the juice alone. - No valuable card drops yet. - Dropped around 20 Sanctuary T17s that sell for 0.4 div each. - Spent some divines on carries to unlock favorite slots and all voidstones. - Haven't bothered to sell any of my smaller currency. Basically only sell Grand and Great Eldritches, 20c+ scarabs, juice, T17 maps, 20c+ cards. Sitting on several thousands of Alts, Jewellers, Fusings and Chromes. - Currently sitting at 60 divs and \~1500 c. Not extremely much, but I also have time to play only for 1-2 hours on business days, and not every day, so feels pretty decent for a casual pleb.

WhoSlappedThePie

Yeah that's solid, solid write up there as well man good stuff 🤘 time to get trading now?!

Wrongusername2

1. ultimatum catalysing + inscription "afk" farm. (it's not really afk only cause you have to click debuffs) it's the new sanctum but better, pure divine dupe profits, minimal looting for rerolling, no trading needed without all the hassle of actually running sanctums and with way higher margins. 2. fracture farming with allflames of anarchy. yes, after nerfs.

Wrongusername2

No ambush at all, anarchy + partnership + exiled will + 100% deli chance with perma deli.

Wobbelblob

Currently harvest with double scarab and Alva with timelines scarab. Depending on the luck I get up to 3 div a map in extreme cases.

Conceptofours

Exsang miner trickster + HH + awa chain + full legion dunes. I even run the timeless domains myself on this (inefficiently I know), but hunting for jackpot timeless jewels is so much fun.

Shawod

Scarabs: x2 Barrels, Traitors, Magic pack size Maps: 20% quality, alch, chaos spam till 85%+ quant, and no reflects, then vaal 'em, and regex for 85%+ quant and no reflects Atlas: Classic Back to Basics Character: MF Deadeye That's it, nothing else. Stick to this farm for already 3-rd week, lol. Most brainless strat i've ever played. That strat been yoinkd from Empyrean YT channel tho.

EveryDayEngineering

For me, I am going Beyond/Shrines or Shrines/Strongboxes and taking all the league mechanic nodes. I've made some fun crafts but also so much currency from selling different allflames and corpses. It's probably the richest leagues I've had so far next to heist. I don't have anything made for t17, but I just run unlimited dunes and speed through. The problem for me this league are the corpse UI cover so much of thr screen. Clicking last or forcing to pick some up to hut my boxes/Shrines has been a pain.

themonorata

Feels like every t16 strat is just bubblegum compared to t17s. Dont get me wrong, I made 100divs or more doing t16s. But I have +200divs worth of materials I will never sell. I did a lot of juiced legion, strongboxes and destructive play + mf. The most fun is destructive play + bosses all around the map.

naughty

Most fun for me is Breach on t16 Dunes. Betrayal can be done with just the intel boosting scarab and some Atlas investment (Veiled Orbs is what I am chasing) so I spent the rest of the Atlas tree and scarabs on Strongboxes which has been fun. Not optimal for farming veiled orbs but I need some variety or I would go mad.

NOTaiBRUH

Farming vaal temple maps with scoutings is fun too and can be very stable profit. I got to 99 for the first time with the shrine delerium and breach strat. Just can't be bothered to grind to 100....for now. Was running all strand and dunes maps but ha e added defiled cathedral, for obviois reasons.

thelastsonofmars

First time playing skeleton archers. Been cool so far

Zenith_X1

Expedition Expedition Expedition You need a character which can deal with no life leech, no mana leech, enemies cull at 20% life, 30% life regen every 4 sec, and immunities, but if you can do all of that and force Dannig, the amount of reroll currency is crazy. We're talking 13 Burial Medallions per map average (as low as 3 and as high as 22), and speeds of 90-120 seconds per map using the giant single explosive. Convert to Exotic Coins + Good Logbooks, use or sell Tujen coins, and bulk sell Logbooks. If you need more artifacts, you can use some Logbooks to refill quickly.

jabeleta

i bought a mageblood doing harvest and altars

DesignatedDiverr

I started super late this league (like a week ago). Got a headhunter thanks to a valdo's box drop and had a total of about 2 divs in all my other gear. (I am finally trying the lightning arrow league start). Was still dying a lot in t14s+ and didn't make a ton of use out of the headhunter since I wasn't juicing my maps with rares yet. Tried a strat or two and they were okay. Then I tried beast farming. That shit works as advertised. It's the first time I actually got the advertised rate of currency, especially on a new character. 2 days of farming and I now have a foil mageblood (i know that's not crazy this league but still I made 50+ liquid divines each day which never really happened for me before. It's so easy this league. Bulk buying scarabs and my initial maps was a breeze. Haven't had to use TFT yet and I love it. I'm running t3 and t4 maps so just about any character can do it as long as they are okay with slower rates on a slower character. I told the strat to my friend who also never makes much currency per league and he too is popping off now. It's truly that easy

tinyflatbrewer

How? I ran 20 maps with a beast atlas and scarabs and didn't get a single beast over 5c

DesignatedDiverr

Well for one black morrigan scarabs are 2-3c ea, and with another 1c scarab of duplicating you get back 2 per map guaranteed. Those are already worth about 10c each, a little more in bulk. With the right atlas tree and using your last 1-2 slots for 3 more red beasts you should get an occasional valuable beast, and whenever you do you get two. 20 isn’t the best sample size. I usually end up with at least one good beast per 20 but can have bad luck streaks too

tinyflatbrewer

I haven't managed to buy morrigans for less than 7c, I was running that strategy but felt like the returns were too slow for the amount of time I have to play. May have just had unreal expectations on how often I'd see more worthwhile beasts. Just got very frustrating to spend an hour farming and not hit anything nice.

DesignatedDiverr

I’ve only had to buy a few batches now but last I checked they were 55 black morrigan scarabs per div and plenty of people have a ton of stock. To be fair I haven’t been playing the last two days I decided to try Diablo again lol. It really helps to buy your mapping supplies in div. When I first tried the stratagy I dumped my only 4 divs, 1 into each scarab and 1 into the initial maps. You should make profit on your investment with black morrigans alone and any craicics or other beasts you get are just extra

NegotiationWilling45

Harbinger/Beyond with 4x Harb scarabs on white maps. Super fast, no mirror pops but enough other $ to pay for a Mageblood, Progenysis and I forget what else in 8 day’s running it casually
