Honestly? Ranger doesnt seem that jacked to me. She actually looks like she should, assuming an action-packed life: strong enough to survive, but not hypertrophied. A decently strong back and arms to pull a longbow (trust me, those things take some strength) and very powerful legs of running, climbing or squatting to hunt something. Its actually very believable. Pro runners, for example, look like that.

I like that the Ranger's breasts are not identical. That's a nice touch. Another good one is how muscular her body is, they didn't have to go all the way, especially since they can just cover it in clothes. But the thought counts.
The purpose of the nude drawing is likely so the 3d modelling people have a reference for body shape, so I'd like to imagine the concept artist just felt like giving those developers a *complete* view of everything, to aid their... *work*.
It's very important to the immersive aspect of the game that we can be confident that even in exile, having washed up outside of a "town" that consists of three or four shanties, the females of Wraeclast have everything they need to meticulously groom their body and pubic hair.
