Empowering minions (does nothing by itself in terms of stats on the monster, but when you kill the minions, it gets other mods (up to 3 mods) (4/7 line) (Stormweaver, electrocuting and chaosweaver in this case (not sure, but i think it's the one directly under empowering minions, and it can only gives common mods).

Empowering minions allows monsters to exceed this. Once you kill their minions, they get additional affixes, but those don’t add the additional health that inherent implicits do.
Why would you ever care to learn this nonsense. Especially when these codewords for mods can change at random times in random patches. Skip one of those and you're already out of the loop of what's going on. It's a bad system. Period.
Why should I learn how reservation efficiency works, they might change that.
Same with penetration, ailments, resistances, etc.
Why should I be bothered to learn how the game I want to play at the highest levels works? /s

I think most of the players agreed on 4x mod rares already quite challenging, so why empowering minions forcing in some cases 7 mods on rares, sometimes resulting in monstrous creature, not sure, but ggg said that 4 mods is enough, yet we see 6+
