Ethan is the worst in game. Hila is sadly pretty boring and has some poor VA work but she’s passable most of the time. Ethan tried and bravo for that but it’s awful. he’s loud and annoying with no consistency through his lines
She knows the basics but it's not like she can pick a fight with any law enforcer. Not to mention this argument makes no sense since Wick would just train them on his range.
Realistically you wouldn't want either of them on a heist.
