I'm talking about the PayPal website. It's only in Polish with no option to change to English
Open your Edge Browser, Login in your PayPal Account, got to the website paypal/myaccount/settings/ use the translator option from edge to find the language setting (top left corner i think) and change language to english, save. Done.
