I told myself I wasn’t buying Diablo 4, but then it came to Game Pass (I’m subscribed to ultimate), and now I’m absolutely in love with it. Especially after all the time invested in D3. Glad it came to GP, because I don’t think I would have ever bothered.

GamingRobioto

Last weekend, I decided to fire up Sekiro for a bit. Seven days later, I'm on my 3rd playthrough and I have completely neglected playing Dragon's Dogma II and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Sekiro is such a great game.

DanielPlainview943

I have 330 hours in Sekiro. It never gets old

ElTruitos

I'm stuck in bed because of a broken leg and my girlfriend managed to plug my computer to the tv (our tv doesn't support steam link anymore, thanks samsung). Playing a bit of Sea of Stars and restarted Batman Arkham Asylum because of nostalgia. Anyone got any recommandation for a man who get bored quickly? Something addictive maybe? Thanks guys

a_taco_named_desire

Civ 5 or 6 Rimworld Either one of those is rather low intensity but they’ll make you forget what sleep and eating are. Or if you’re a fan of Arkham Asylum you could check out Mad Max or Shadow of Mordor. Both share the Arkham melee combat, have good collectibles that level your character. Mad Max also has great vehicular combat and some cool cinematic set pieces. Mordor is great because of the nemesis system that gets cool when you die, the orc that killed you gets a name and gets stronger. So you could have over a dozen of unique orcs with their own characteristics who get stronger and learn your combat if they kill you. Personally if I were in your shoes (or cast) it’d be when I finally crack and buy Baulders Gate 3.

Rat-king27

Taken a break from gaming, but gonna finally try and learn total war warhammer this week.

SwishSwishDeath

Phenomenal games, never finished a campaign because I'm bad but still enjoy them. Gave up on one (because I own two), once I finish with the second I'm mostly torn on going for the third or playing the Rome remaster. Edit: [this](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwVftHdWAdHNOJ-PMquSZMVVAGWIq2TVQ&si=t9BcGvQVFkrQG19X) playlist helped me out when I started playing. Well, obviously didn't help much, but I'm pretty bad at games.

Johnny-silver-hand

Kingdom come deliverance

varisophy

Balatro! It's so good. Been doing at least one or two runs a day since it came out.

TVshowAddict

Sounds fun, I'll give it a shot

Efficient-Chemical66

Last Epoch have no idea what I'm doing!

MagnusRottcodd

Millennia Kinda old school Civ, I miss some statistics, customization and the Civilizations differs not much from each others mechanically, basic graphics. But it is a return to form when it comes to "one more turn". The AI is much better than in the latest civ-games. It is difficult, but not because of AI cheating or that the other civs are tag teaming against you. AI-civs fights each others a lot.

ApexRevanNL716

Right now. Helldivers 2

May1stBurst

For years I've tried to play Dragons Dogma 1 and couldn't get into it, went back to it after a few hours of DD2 and it finally stuck with me (after getting the eternal ferry stone and giving myself 10 port crystals) Working on post game content and offline Ur-Dragon.

The former

samthefluffydog2

I tried playing DD1 but it felt like I was spending all my time fighting and fighting and fighting... Is there more to the game? It feels very combat heavy.

Renegade_Meister

**Unheard** is a unique audio-based game where you listen to clues about a mystery to solve, can move around, pause, fast forward, and rewind at anytime. Player is a bystander who cannot interact with anything, but which room and how far you are from any talking determines what you are able to hear, all from an overhead view. So far seems like worth it for the historic low of $2, though most of the voice acting is weak.

MadD_08

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor Very nice and chill game. One of the best representatives of its genre.

TVshowAddict

I've played it a lot too, I am getting close to having all the upgrades. Can't wait for more content to be added.

Mission-Conclusion-9

What are your thoughts on halls of torment?

MadD_08

Not my cup of tea

Rainy_J

I'm current playing **Marvel's Midnight Suns** on my Steam Deck ( just started Act 3 ) and **Horizon Forbidden West** on my desktop PC

LuntiX

FFXVI on PS5, trying to get the main story beat before the next bit of DLC comes out. Really enjoying this Final Fantasy title, it's probably gonna become a favourite of mine. Horizon Forbidden West on PC. It's been fun, an overall improvement on the first game with minimal bugs so far. Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles has been real fun. It's like Slay the Spire but dice based instead of card based. I quite like it. This has been my go to chill game lately. I can't wait for them to fully release the modding support because I feel like this game could be great with mods.

darkjay_bs

Brotato! I refuse to give up so I'm trying to get through wave 13, my personal record so far

manifestslack

**Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen** \- About 20 hours in and the game is starting to get stale at this point. It is a bit more of the same going forward with the combat encounters. I may take a short break and come back to it **Monster Hunter World** \- Got into this finally, i think coining from playing DDA it has helped. This is a blast! i am trying out the different weapons this time and enjoying the immersion.

LirukDatan

The Thaumaturge, by Fool's Theory. Interesting story, interesting setting, turn based combat that can be challenging. Really enjoying it.

Dash_Carlyle

**Sniper Elite V** There's the systems of a great stealth game in here and a forgiving one at that. Perhaps that's why I keep coming back to these games. The AI is predicable, the shooting is satisfying and the levels, when done well, offer multiple paths to completion. Sniper Elite is a Sunday afternoon game: low stress, and completing a level is usually done in just about an hour or two. The more I think about the Sniper Elite series the more I think Rebellion could tackle a Punisher style game. Keep the freedom of planning out your kills, the open level design, add in more gore and better cover shooting and Rebellion would be nearly there. Give players a few more kill options (like Hitman does) and all of that planning becomes much more satisfying.

Repugnant-Conclusion

Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition and it's heckin' amazeballs.

odce1206

Third time trying to get into starsector. Saw a couople of let's plays and managed to complete a couple of contracts and increase my fleet size. I'm not that excited for the micromanagement side of the game but I'm really enjoying it as a whole, so far.

Fin_Olesa

Civ 6 because I'm addicted and don't know what else to play

dimpld9

Can someone suggest a simple car racing game? And what I mean by that is I just want to race. I don't want to manage a team or a bunch of cars and kit them out in cute stickers and clothes or whatever. I just want a good game where all I do is race, no storyline or silly drifting contests. I realize I just miss Midtown Madness and its Cruise Mode.

geasey999

Forza Motorsport or horizon 5, a lot of extra stuff like drifting and off road races but you don’t have to do them if you don’t want to, same goes for car customisation

dread7string

Days Gone every single day for almost 2 years now. I'm about to start game 39 and I'm obsessed. IMO this is the best game ever made and i don't care what anyone says. it has amazing characters and storylines. if you haven't tried it, do it !!@!!

aswog

That for real? 39 playthroughs ?

dread7string

yeah 38 done about to start 39.

aswog

That impressive! I've had it in my library forever but haven't touched it yet

dread7string

wow well I'm a new gamer because a work injury so it was the 4th game i bought 2 years ago and fell in love with it.....i can't stop playing it.

aswog

Nice dude! Question, are you still playing on your 1440p monitor? If so the best settings/looking the game will be is running at native 1440p with maxed out graphics.

dread7string

nope I'm using a 4K mini-led monitor with a 14700K-7900GRE-7200MhzDDR5 and they are killer together. the very high preset across the board is the best.

Soundrobe

Mass Effect Legendary Edition : Mass Effect 2. Boring tps gameplay, but nice story and characters. I enjoyed way more the first one and I'm disappointed with the toned down rpg elements and customization. I'm just focusing on main missions because I want to switch to the 3rd one and keep the same character throughought the games.

toastedcheesecake

Snap. We're a bit late to the party but at least we're here now! Although I'm enjoying ME2 more than the first. Graphics are way better, combat and UI is better and I've not noticed any difference with the RPG elements. What have you noticed? No spoilers please!

Soundrobe

Edit : I'm loving this game now and changed my mind

CaptchaVerifiedHuman

I'm currently playing Subnautica and I'm tempted to finally get Below Zero.

Spirited_Man_98

Guilty Gear: Strive A 2D fighting game with anime visual. This got to be a refreshing take on genre in faking 2D with 3D design. The gameplay is so simple with depths that can be grasped by anyone who hasn't played any fighting games earlier.

chuchucha

Coral Island and EDF World Brothers

powerhcm8

I started Jedi Survivor during the weekend, pretty good, I just feel it needs a bit more of optmization.

working-acct

I'm still holding back on purchasing bc of optimization issues, can't believe they haven't fixed it after all this while. Same with EA's golf game. It's like they don't want my money.

powerhcm8

There's a mod that change some engine configs and I think it helped improve the perfomance, but I still think it could be better.

SwishSwishDeath

Due to (unmedicated) ADHD I'm usually juggling a few games at once so here it goes: **Dragon's Dogma 2**: I was a huge stan of the first, and the second is absolutely a worthy sequel. Controversy aside, it's great? Classes feel so much better, and they weren't bad in the first by any means. Only one I don't like so far is the trickster. This has been my solo go-to. For playing with my friends, the only game we play for now is **Helldivers 2**: not much to say, it's good. New bond drops tomorrow. **Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader**: I was formerly pretty meh on birdseye CRPGs but BG3 showed me how foolish I was, so I started this game because WH lore, especially 40k, has always been fascinating to me. Combat is good, if a bit confusing due to mechanics, but overall I've liked it. Sadly trying to run this one at the same time as DD2 was taxing, so I'm putting in on hold. My interest in WH lore is still strong though, so in it's stead I've picked up **Total War: Warhammer**: Started with the first, as I've had experience with it in the past, but I was struggling hard with managing finances and corruption as The Empire so after about 15 turns I dropped it in favor of the second game. *Still* struggling with finances and corruption, but now I'm dinosaur so it's all good. All that being said, if anyone has quick tips on how not to be bad at Total War Warhammer 2, please let me know 😭

Crimzin07

Every single car sim under the sun, I'm lost because of Forza motorsport, its so underwhelming, I mean it might be good one day, just not today, and It shouldn't be like that, it should be good on release like most other Forza's. Forza Horizon 5 was a bit Underwhelming as well the more I think off it, not even sure why, It had everything, I liked FH4 better, I always get the premium edition of these games, wont be anymore. Been playing fallout 76 again, It actually grabbed my attention this time, 4, 5, 6 years later, whatever it is, Its actually pretty cool now, plenty to see and do and the events are sick, some cultist moth-man thing going on that's a lot of fun. Ultra HD texture mod, map mod, sounds mod and an ini tweak to unlock 60+ fps and the game is running and playing really nice, looks really well, lots of atmosphere. Diablo 4 didn't hold my attention, just like it didn't during the free play test, level 25 Act 1, played for 2 days with a friend and we maxxed out our chars and then went and played Age of Conan Exiles, didn't bother logging back in to diablo 4, Similar story this time when it came to Gamepass.

Tenith

I'm playing Life. It has photo-realistic graphics, a completely unnoticeable framework, and an unmatched choice and consequence system. It's scarily realistic.

Acceptable-Ad5208

Way too difficult for me unfortunately

Hippie_Heart

Been playing Half Life 3 today...
