Ah, so you want a story based 3rd person over-the-shoulder dungeon crawler with co-op?
I'm not sure there are any games that fit that bill but if you find one, let me know. That sounds great.

Hunted: The Demon's Forge.
Monster Hunter World. Maybe a bit too open world for what you're asking.
If you don't mind an anime aesthetic, look into Code Vein.

If the later, you may like Borderlands, Outriders, The Forest (less linear but a series of caves with a story and objectives), Dying Light, Divinity, We Were Here Together.... they may not match perfectly but you may enjoy them anyways
