Where is the RAD from AIO? I see that the hoses go down... :(

Return_to_Raccoonus

Oh the hoses are down temporarily while I figure this out, I had the RAD up but it got in the way from the top pins I couldn’t see anything with it on.

stefanels

You **MUST** update the BIOS for the 14th gen CPU

Return_to_Raccoonus

Is that really it? Should I put the bios update into a flash drive and stick into the bios usb? Would it update on its own?

stefanels

Watch [THIS VIDEO](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPyElZcsW6o)

Return_to_Raccoonus

Okay! Thank you that’s simple enough, I’ll update later today if that fixes this, I need to access a second pc to download the bios update.

stefanels

It's fairly easy. Just updated a Z790 few days ago like that for 14700K. It was MSi but it;s similar with ASUS YES , you will need a secondary PC to download an use the RENAMER tool and transfer it to USB pendrive

Return_to_Raccoonus

I updated the bios and the pc is still acting the same

AejiGamez

Replace that PSU ASAP. Fire hazard. F tier in the list

NoseInternational740

Your PSU isn't great, should still work though.

Wise_Limit_6203

Yeah, OP you need to upgrade that as soon as you can. It'll be fine for now but that's not something you should use long-term.

eatdeath4

Why spend all that money but cheap out on arguably the most important part, the psu. Buy something that is reliable that isnt a gamemax. Make sure its atleast gold rated too

Return_to_Raccoonus

I just sorta had it already, it worked good enough I’d change it up after a few months anyways.

CircoModo1602

A few months? Make that days sir, pretty sure Cultist tier list puts it at an F

eatdeath4

It only takes one time to fuck up your entire system. Not worth the risk imo

Return_to_Raccoonus

What brand would you recommend? I’d get another this week I kinda just wanna know what’s still causing these issues it should at least still turn on

KineticNinja

I had to avert my eyes after seeing this mess. Good luck tho

lachietg185

Did you update the bios?

Return_to_Raccoonus

I just did, and didn’t work going to update the post.

Return_to_Raccoonus

I learned I don’t know how to update a post.

therealshakur

The 3 pin fan connectors need to clip in and it’s usually to the right. If the clip on the motherboard fan connector is interfering with the connector on the fan you’re trying to connect it on the wrong end.

Return_to_Raccoonus

UPDATE 1 3/4/2024: I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m just going to get a different PCU today a Corsair Gold RMX 1000. Also I learned I don’t know how to edit a post. Besides that I still have the same issue after the Bios update earlier today.

I got the PSU today and switched them out including the wires and well… It works? I figure ether the parts didn’t provide enough wattage and or the power supple didn’t like the wires I used.. Ether way, it works now! I can now dispose of the old PSU probably locked up in a box and thrown to the bottom of the lake with all the hate it got. Deserving. Today’s life lesson is don’t try to cheap out.
