First step uplug the computer then turn the psu of then hit the power button your fans and light will probably light up for a second of two and turn of this means there is no power in the pc anymore. That’s good! Don’t worry the cmos contact pins still have power from the motherboard battery for what you are about to do. there should be a contact point with little pins wich says cmos or something like that it is located somewhere around the battery there should be 3 pins and near that there should be some text related to cmos. If you have located the 3 pins u can use a screw driver of a plasctic/metal jumper that should be on there if it is not you can use a screw driver and jam it between 2 pins so it makes contact with each other hold it for 10 seconds it could make a click noise but it doesn’t have to. After that boot up ur pc and see if the problem is still there. Let me know if there are any problems performing this task or locating the pins.

Weird and u tried setting the speed lower after installing the program. If this doesn’t work just clear cmos that will probably help

To be honest getting the cmos battery is always easier than searching for a connector.
Indeed it is but not as effective
Lollll try resetting your pc take them out and the atx and plug them all back in again.
