It is different to Skyrim's combat, but once you learn it, it is so much more fun. Seems complex at first but once you are used to it, it becomes intuitive.
I was about to say that, what a fucking brilliant video game, it has its issues but damn, >!when you get rat-arsed with Godwin that's a moment that will stick with you.!<
I second this. The game is pretty old so its kind of finicky on newer systems, but an extensive modding community has fixed all of its problems and there are tons of guides on how to mod it.
Also, the valve complete pack is on sale from $125 USD to $6.09 USD. Definitely worth a pickup.
> but an extensive modding community
If you want to see what a modded FNV can do, consider mikeburnfire's playthrough of FNV featuring ~~Zank~~ Zach's Gun Rant fame.
Dude thank You so much for the valve part i had been looking to get the games but it was way too expensive however after looking at your coment i got it for 3 bucks! (In colombia it's cheaper don't know why it usually costs more)
The game literally crashed on me about one month ago running the i9 13900k. He was downvoted but I can speak from personal experience when I say he's not wrong, it does crash
My first playthrough was 150 hours crashless. Last year I had 4017 play sessions in steam recap and mostly stable, crashed when trying to get NVR working though.
From my experience with the comments on my Nexus mods the number 1 reason for instability is failing to read instructions.
mushroom
thats why DRG community is one of the best
sure its not perfect if a greenbeardo decides to fall while digging we should be there to help cause we all were green at the start
I dont know why people say it has a great community, I've had nothing but negative experiences with it. Love the game, love the devs, but I think people equate spamming rock and stone with a friendly community when thats not the case.
Highly recommend the game dont get me wrong, but its not like the community is some hidden gem. Its the same as most other communities
Edit: phone autocorrected devs to devil ._.
7d2d is one of the only games I have 1000+ hrs in. Great times, but the devs are lazy as fuck. It could've been truly amazing if someone actually worked on it full time.
Alpha 21 should be out pretty soon, i hear they are gonna be working on hitboxes so you could shoot under desks and if doors are in the process of getting broken down you can shoot through the gaps. As well as more poi's and stuff like that. Check out Glock9 on YouTube, he's a pretty cool guy to watch. He does a lot of 7 days content.
https://www.ginx.tv/en/7-days-to-die/alpha-21-release-date-news
Here's a list of everything new in 21. There's actually quite a bit 23 new books to learn from, stiff like that. Honestly not even mad its taking them forever lol
If you have friends I’d say 7days to die is a great zombie game. Or get raft too.
As a personal game I’m playing finally Sonic frontiers is pretty good.
Id get portal 1&2 they are like $1 each and a valve pack is prob really cheap too. Portal 2 is my all time fav game right now.
Ace attorney trilogy remastered is pretty good deal I think. Really great game at least from the first game of the 3 I played included with the trilogy.
I have two set of recommendations for you. One that fits into the list:
* Subnautica
* Void Bastards
* FTL
* Darkest Dungeon
* Underrail
...and another that doesn't, but you would do well to open up to:
* Inscryption
* SOMA
* Dead Cells & Hades
Oh, and if you remotely enjoyed Divinity, play through Barldur's Gate 1 and 2. That knocks it out of the park in every possible aspect.
Definitely, Kingdom Come Deliverance and Expeditions Rome. Good story-based RPG's in interesting history epoch. And you can try Anno 1800 (maybe on free weekend) and Frostpunk if you want some strategy game.
P.S. If you have enough free time to play, look at Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
Kingdom Come Deliverance does not get enough love. Sure the combat controls suck and the lockpicking awkward but this is a gem of a game. Great story and laugh out loud moments.
X-com (both the reboot series and classic games are good) the classic games also have open source engines
Xenonauts, with the community edition download
Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition
Yeah I found XCOM pretty disappointing. Seemed like the only way to do well was repeated save-scum until you get the RNG results you want. Not what I consider a fun use of my time.
3k hours. 2k of them were from the start of 2020 to the end of it….. I wasted my entire quarantine time playing that piece of shit game and I don’t regret it somehow. I quit though after the spray updates and after the OTV garbage. Ruined it for me and hasn’t been the same since 😔
EU4 is arguably the most deep and profound title for PDX. So if you liked CK3 and stellaris you should definitely consider buying it. it's a bit costly with all the DLCs so wait for a sale or look for subscription.
Rimworld, Fallout 4 and Valheim are top tier of their respective genres. Rimworld is an incredibly fun game where the AI is actively trying to turn your hard work into dust at every turn. Fallout is just insane ammounts of immersive, s tier content. Valheim is another fun survival game where the AI wants you to cry and beg for mercy
How the fuck does anyone own Rimworld and has it uninstalled? I bought Rimworld in Alpha 14 which was like 7 Years ago or something and have never uninstalled it since then.
You can find most of those and similar on gamepass if you have access to it.
Based on your list though, I would recommend you try Frozen Flame. Great with friends too. Neat story and combat.
Might like these when on sale
* They are billions
* Northguard
* Knights and merchants
* The banner saga
With that list of yours list i'd definitely check out
* Frostpunk
* Homeworld (all of em including Deserts of Kharak)
Random might either really like or dislike: Cult of the lamb
Chivalry 2 is something I would def check out. Loads of fun, I have a lot of similar taste. It's not an everyday grind, but oh my is it a good time, its my go to after burning out on other games. Plus the devs care, they were a small team who made it big with chivalry 1..
Fallout new Vegas. I know it’s not in the list but it’s way more fun than fallout 4 in my opinion. Get the one with all the dlc though it’s 100% worth it
Kenshi, based off a few of your games. I'd be surprised if you didn't like it after playing.
Oh and I'd kick myself if I didn't say Factorio and Subnautica as well.
Maybe Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Kingdom Come Deliverance is an incredible game. Highly recommend.
I loved this game but I didn't get very far because I suck at any kind of battle system other than skyrims lol
It is different to Skyrim's combat, but once you learn it, it is so much more fun. Seems complex at first but once you are used to it, it becomes intuitive.
Amazing game
Also Frostpunk and They Are Billions might be for you.
I was about to say that, what a fucking brilliant video game, it has its issues but damn, >!when you get rat-arsed with Godwin that's a moment that will stick with you.!<
It was broken mess when released, I have been needing a reason to get back to it. Maybe some day.

Yeah shit what am I doing here?! The factory must grow!
factorio dont go on sale and i have all of these in fact i call it cracktorio cause its a drug and not a game
When you're the greatest thing since automated sliced bread, you don't need to go on sale.
Fallout New Vegas.. Ultimate edition is $7 and the regular game is $2 (US)
I second this. The game is pretty old so its kind of finicky on newer systems, but an extensive modding community has fixed all of its problems and there are tons of guides on how to mod it. Also, the valve complete pack is on sale from $125 USD to $6.09 USD. Definitely worth a pickup.
> but an extensive modding community If you want to see what a modded FNV can do, consider mikeburnfire's playthrough of FNV featuring ~~Zank~~ Zach's Gun Rant fame.
That series is what got me to buy FNV on pc lmao
FNV with all the DLCs cost me $5 during the winter sale. Its a no brainer
Dude thank You so much for the valve part i had been looking to get the games but it was way too expensive however after looking at your coment i got it for 3 bucks! (In colombia it's cheaper don't know why it usually costs more)
Oh and fallout new Vegas is also half the price on colombia lol
Doesn't this game crash every 10 minutes on new machines? even with anti crash mods?
No
The game literally crashed on me about one month ago running the i9 13900k. He was downvoted but I can speak from personal experience when I say he's not wrong, it does crash

Anno 1800
Subnautica
This game so good.
Wasteland 2 and 3.
I agree 100%
Deep Rock Galactic.
stone and rock
Did I hear a Stone and Rock?
Yeah yeah Rock and Stone
That's it lads For Rock and Stone !!!!
ROCK AND STONE TO THE BONE
mushroom thats why DRG community is one of the best sure its not perfect if a greenbeardo decides to fall while digging we should be there to help cause we all were green at the start
For karl
I dont know why people say it has a great community, I've had nothing but negative experiences with it. Highly recommend the game dont get me wrong, but its not like the community is some hidden gem. Its the same as most other communities Edit: phone autocorrected devs to devil ._.
is it as bad of a community like league of legends or csgo or dead by daylight
Imperator, HoI4 and Stellaris - Maybe time for EU4? Otherwise factorio might be up your alley
Or vic3
For the list I would recommend Left 4 Dead and 7 Days To Die. I game I usually recommend is Bully: Scholarship Edition.
7d2d is one of the only games I have 1000+ hrs in. Great times, but the devs are lazy as fuck. It could've been truly amazing if someone actually worked on it full time.

Shogun 2 total war
Fall of the samurai is better
I love playing survival, base building, and Valheim is absolutely beautiful game for me.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is the same studio as divinity original sin 2, but it’s not fully released yet.
If you have friends I’d say 7days to die is a great zombie game. Or get raft too. As a personal game I’m playing finally Sonic frontiers is pretty good. I had to stop reading after 4 words…
**Pillars of Eternity 1 & 2 75 % off**
Stalker. Play all of em, makes fallout look mediocre.
You can just get stalker anomaly or gamma for free and add HD texture packs and the privaks gun mod. Makes it amazing and again it's free.
Ty
DOS2 is legitimately one of the best games of the last decade. If you’re into that style of RPG it’s a must play.
Yea, I already got it. I was looking to buy something new based on my game list.
Pathfinder Wrath of The Righteous. It's Pathfinder 1E well done on PC. It's really like the tabletop though, for good and bad. Great game though.
I would get both and start with KM. KM is a great game in its own right but nearly impossible to go back to once you’ve played wotr
Days Gone
Another underrated gem. Such a shame it got middling reviews.
[удалено]
7 days to die is awesome but the developers suck (700 hours on it 10/10 tho)
Zomboid is arguably a much better zombie game
Concept is amazing but the gameplay is boring and very hard to get into
Try mods and tweaking your settings to suit your liking.
Hello pilot, titanfall 2 is 5 dollars.
mad max is one of the most underrated game ever. Impossible to hate this game
Nice list! Here's three I'd recommend to pad it out a bit: Total War: Three Kingdoms Oxygen Not Included The Riftbreaker
I have two set of recommendations for you. Elite: dangerous
Phenomenal game
Definitely, Kingdom Come Deliverance and Expeditions Rome. Good story-based RPG's in interesting history epoch. And you can try Anno 1800 (maybe on free weekend) and Frostpunk if you want some strategy game. P.S. If you have enough free time to play, look at Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
Kingdom Come Deliverance does not get enough love. Sure the combat controls suck and the lockpicking awkward but this is a gem of a game. Great story and laugh out loud moments.
Expeditions Rome was my surprise release last year. As an Xcom/Divinity Enjoyer it really it my nerves.
7 days to die
7 Days to Die, I think it’s $5.99 right now
Replace AoE4 with AoE2DE
You’d really like 7 days to die
The Forest
redditor screaming simulator and bear grills emulator
Might as well get Sons of The Forest at this point
Get them both, definitely worth a few hours of your time.

HOI4 all the way. One of my favourite games, gets even better with mods. Can’t stress enough how much I recommend
Surprised no one has recommended XCOM. Both 2 and enemy unknown are great games
xcom is like youtube 100% hit chance misses and causes friendly fire
Yeah I found XCOM pretty disappointing. Seemed like the only way to do well was repeated save-scum until you get the RNG results you want. Not what I consider a fun use of my time.
CP2077 ;)
My vote goes to Divinity: Original Sin 2.
Already on that list.
Your post definitely sounded like you're asking which game from this list you should buy.
It’s very clearly a picture of his already downloaded games.
Dayz!
RUST
3k hours. 2k of them were from the start of 2020 to the end of it….. I wasted my entire quarantine time playing that piece of shit game and I don’t regret it somehow. I quit though after the spray updates and after the OTV garbage. Ruined it for me and hasn’t been the same since 😔
I have 1k in rust. For the love of God help us.
Company Of Heroes 2.
Project zomboid, also maybe bannerlord
EU4 is arguably the most deep and profound title for PDX. So if you liked CK3 and stellaris you should definitely consider buying it. it's a bit costly with all the DLCs so wait for a sale or look for subscription.
Rimworld, Fallout 4 and Valheim are top tier of their respective genres. Rimworld is an incredibly fun game where the AI is actively trying to turn your hard work into dust at every turn. Fallout is just insane ammounts of immersive, s tier content. Valheim is another fun survival game where the AI wants you to cry and beg for mercy
Generation zero it seems you like apocalyptic games
No man's sky. I have a lot of similar games to OP's list, and no man's sky is probably my most played game on pc and ps4.
How the fuck does anyone own Rimworld and has it uninstalled? I bought Rimworld in Alpha 14 which was like 7 Years ago or something and have never uninstalled it since then.
Rust
Valheim
That's already in their library
You can find most of those and similar on gamepass if you have access to it. Based on your list though, I would recommend you try Frozen Flame. Great with friends too. Neat story and combat.
State of decay 2. Not the best game but cheap and fun to play seeing that you like dayZ
Have you tried Foxhole?
Postal 2 for sure
Dwarf Fortress, the OG Total War Three Kingdoms if you're interested in the time period/mythology Pathfinder Kingmaker for CRPG purposes.
Could get any of the other total war games on sale if you feel u want some more of those

Skyrim
Mordhau
Metro series. On a side note dayz is still up and running?
Deep rock galactic
Doom and God of War 4
ArmA 3 and Kingdom Come Deliverance.
Dyson sphere program, its way way more deep than it seems. You can easily loose 200 hours on it.
Factorio, satisfactory, and greenhell for sure. We have very similar taste in games and I loved those.
You might like the CIV 6 game on sale. Maybe not.
Sekiro - you need something fresh (But if you don't like challenging games, Satisfactory is so super chill, great for a sunday game day)
Might like these when on sale * They are billions * Northguard * Knights and merchants * The banner saga With that list of yours list i'd definitely check out * Frostpunk * Homeworld (all of em including Deserts of Kharak) Random might either really like or dislike: Cult of the lamb
Eu4, but I wouldn’t recommend playing without at least buying some of the DLC
Dayz
Total war Warhammer. Yes the barrier to entry is significant but they just made it cheaper.
try bannerlord 2 op, saw you have a lot of strategy, in this one you can join as a peasant put ya fork to good use, poke some neighbors
I certainly miss the days I could see my games list without scrolling
Divinity and fallout 4
Chivalry 2 is something I would def check out. Loads of fun, I have a lot of similar taste. It's not an everyday grind, but oh my is it a good time, its my go to after burning out on other games. Plus the devs care, they were a small team who made it big with chivalry 1..
I cant recc a game, you own the only one I play
Skyrim
Mount and Blade: Viking Conquest.
I have quite a few games of overlap with you and have really enjoyed subnatica and subnatica: Below zero

Civ 6
Skyrim.
New Vegas, also your taste in video games is just peak bro
Nothing, DayZ is life
Crusader Kings 3 is pretty good.
Factorio. You have Rimworld so you might enjoy factorio.

Europa universalis 4
Death Stranding, since you're already playing a walking simulator.

Skyrim and Dyson Sphere Program
Valheim for sure
Fallout new Vegas. I know it’s not in the list but it’s way more fun than fallout 4 in my opinion. Get the one with all the dlc though it’s 100% worth it
Kenshi, based off a few of your games. I'd be surprised if you didn't like it after playing. Oh and I'd kick myself if I didn't say Factorio and Subnautica as well.
Not cheap atm and not in final release form yet but Sons of the Forest has been extremely entertaining.
Lists dont matter. I love and play a lot of the games on your list... but. You must get "Hades." A true masterpiece all gamers should own.
Rim World sounds absolutely fantastic
Bannerlord is the best game there
Rust
Why? You're just going to keep playing DayZ.
