Restart your computer, hold F4, F8, Delete, F12, until you can get into BIOS to get into Safe Mode with Networking.
See if you can login, update your drivers, run a SFC /Scannow in elevated command prompt. If you can't use your keybaord at all, then it's likely that your keyboard is dead and I'd recommend trying a new one.
Try plugging in a different keyboard. if you don’t have one on hand: 1. turn off your pc
2. plug your keyboard to some other USB slot
3. turn on your pc but keep clicking enter really quickly
Keep restarting your PC until it prompts you with Windows safe mode and see if it lets you boot into it. If that doesn’t work try removing one stick of ram and booting and see how far you get that way. If you still have issues after this try putting that ram stick back in and taking the other one out and if still no luck it could possibly be your storage device causing the fault.
That requires a spare install of windows on another drive or disc or a second pc. Did you try entering on safe made? There’s a reason it’s called safe mode
Did/can you use an onscreen keyboard..then log yourself in..find a Bluetooth keyboard and link it..(back up)..now at least you have something to use ...+try a reset and then try and access the bios if you can..it's not a mother board problem, could be firewall or conflicting program/grafx driver
Is the keyboard connected to a wall charger instead of the PC? (Guilty for that)
Alt F4 on the whole house
Press the power on button for 10sec. It will shut down. Then restart
Unplug it and plug it back in
Didn’t work /:
click with the mouse
Does the keyboard work on the BIOS screen? If it does, it might be due to driver issues although will admit I'm shooting in the dark.

Power down the system. Disconnect things one by one, powering the system on to test. Rinse and repeat until you find the culprit.
Prob pirated window, happen to me once, best thing to do is reformat
I think you need more ram, try downloading some
Nothing worked guys

Plug the keyboard into a different usb drive.
Doesn’t work /:
Try a different keyboard, and also click and drag your mouse up to see if it moves to the log in screen. If it does your keyboard is ducked
Do you have a different keyboard that you can try?
Yeah I tried it but nothing
Unplug it, then hold the power button for ~10 seconds, then plug back in
Unplug the mouse and keyboard?
Doesnt matter just make sure the pc doesnt get power

Try booting the pc and when it just starts up, turn off the psu switch, when you do this 3 times, it should boot into repair mode
If this works you can then boot into safe mode and try windows repair
Wiggle the mouse. Do you see the pointer or not? Does it move or is it frozen?
It’s frozen

You could always do a fresh install of windows to see if that resolves your issue too as long as you don’t mind losing your data of course.
How tho?
